A week ago the rating would have been 4.5 stars or higher. After the visit to the Lorton location yesterday we will not be... back. We were pressed for time and wanted to grab a family meal before an event so we called in to place an order that wementioned we would pick up but be eating at the restaurant. The young lady who answered said no problem and it would be 20minutes. We arrived 20 minutes later and our salad was waiting for us, but they forgot to make our pizza. After apologizingthey said they would make it immediately. I believe in trying to make up for the mistake what we instead received was ahastily Constructed, too much sauce and basil, under cooked mess. The center was inedible, lacked dough in parts and just fellapart, and could not be eaten. Watching the workers I was trying to figure out who was in charge, but could not. Thediscussion and antics behind the counter reminded me more of teens hanging out focused on good times and each other versusfocused, professional work for the paying customer. The girl who took our order did come over to our table and mention that shetook off the $6 cost of the garlic knots we had ordered. Because of this supposed refund and the need to get on the road or belate for our event I left the pizza issue alone. Of course the cost never did actually come off the bill. Truly a poor diningexperience and although we recommended this restaurant to friends previously, and enjoyed prior meals, we will not return orrecommend Read more

Pizza - got the meat lovers. plenty of great toppings, crust was fresh and on the thin side, which i love. very good. Alfredo... - pasta was on the right side of al dente. sauce was good, not sure if it was in house. Serving was huge . Price a bit highconsidering there was no chicken. Still tasty. Steak and Cheese - bread was awesome and perfectly toasted. Steak was good - butyou don't get a lot. In fact less than most Steak and Cheeses than I have eaten?and that's a lot man. Not a fan of the choppedtomatoes, but that's a first world problem (wife said that). Overall though, good. Service - the reason why I gave 5 stars. If this was just based on food it would be a solid 4 star. The kids (they all were so young!) working the front wereprofessional, courteous, and just so pleasant. Food came out quick and they were pretty busy. Decor - seemed cleaned, lighting was just right, no loud blaring music or obnoxious shows on TV. Really pleased with my experience. Good solid, nofrills comfort food. We actually came to eat at the Pho place next door, but they somehow close at 8 pm?? :( Squisito is astraight up American-Italian steak and cheese joint that I will for sure comeback and visit! My visit to Squisito Pizza and Pasta was no accident. I was driving to Burke Lake Park Marina to do some filming and before... going there I knew I works need to grab a bite to eat. So, I found myself in the Lorton shopping center and decided to walk inand get something to eat. I was greeted by a pleasant young lady named Mallory. She advised of the special and presented thePizza pies on display. She was very thoughtful and accomodating as I ordered two slices of the Meat Lovers Pizza with a drink. Itold her I would be eating in - and in a flash she was prepping my table. When my food was brought out, I was impressed that thePizza wasn't piping hot like other places I've visited. The temperature was prefect. Perfect enough that I could dive into myslices of Pizza without burning the roof of my tongue. Mallory had come by to see if my Pizza was good, and I told her it wasperfect - I told her the temperature was right on the money. She told me the Pizza is earth's up at 475 degrees for a fewminutes, depending on how busy it gets. In any case the Pizza wasn't too hot and ready to enjoy. Later, I met with one of theowners, Chris. Chris came by to see if I had enjoyed my food and gave me a background or history of the restaurant. He saidthey'd been here for years serving the community, law enforcement and veterans as well. I felt very welcomed and my experiencemakes this place on my go to lists for food. Read more

Very friendly staff, food is ok. Philly cheese steak is weird, it's like they put parmesan cheese in it. Pizza got mixed reviews... at our house. Husband and kids liked it, I wasn't a fan. I'm a crust-eater and I couldn't finish the crust based on taste.Garlic knots were soft and pillowy, and biggest I've ever seen. Mozzarella sticks were ok, standard. The almond cake was notworth the price in both taste and amount. Read more
