Been here 3 times via drive-thru. 1st time, I got my order and was waiting for my drink for literally 5 minutes and I could see... 2 employees talking and laughing with eachother the entire time through the window. Then one employee finally opened the windowand asked me if they could help me. I told them I was waiting for my drink. I guess they forgot. Second time, I asked for saucewhen I ordered and then reminded them when I paid. When I got home and checked, no sauce at all. Third time, I asked for 2sauces at the pick up window and was told I could only have 1 and that they charge for sauces. Read more
We ordered 2 sandwiches, I have the receipt and she told me she wanted to see the receipt and I showed her and she said no you... only ordered 1. I don?t usually do reviews but this is one of the worst experiences I have ever had going to a fast food place.Horrible . Read more
The worst popeyes I've ever been to. In fact, I think I'd have to say the worst managed store I've been to. I've been there 3... times and the 3rd is a last. I thought they would improve but they were no better, maybe worse. Service inside is slower thanthe drive thru. Employees and the manager don't ever see an urgency to pick up the pace. Lines not moving and the managerstanding over the deep fryer watching the fries fry. The employees aren't anything to brag about but that could be the lack ofmotivation from the manager. Food has been wrong. Hate to see a person lose their job. But he should consider something else. Orfigure put how to put more effort in his job. Newly location and it shows but they are getting better. Drive thru was a little slow but then again I have never been thru a... quick Popeyes drive thru line. My order was correct. The chicken tenders and fries were fresh so no major complaints. Read more
Went through drive-thru and placed order. Had to keep repeating as co-worker kept talking to person taking my order. Had to wait... for fish sandwich to be cooked; told 7 minutes which I thought was long. Finally received order, waited around 20 minutes, andgot home and all food was not received. Sides that were ordered were half full!! New place and need to do better! Read more
Absolutely the worst...drive thru was extremely slow! Over 30++ mins to order and 20 mins to get my food (photos show the... receipt of the order placed and I took a pic while waiting for my food at the window). Got home and received the wrong2pc....dark 2 thighs and mild. Order 2pc spicy white. No urgency from the staff to fill orders in drive through bc you watchthem inside just standing at the registers. Daniel or Ryan not sure because he had on 2 name tags filled my order when herealized other staff werent doing it but filled it incorrectly. Absolutely awful!! Hopefully management will address and trainstaff to be more efficient and serving customers. It was an Epic fail for grand opening. Read more
