I was here on 9/28 at around 7:30 PM and I didn?t get the name of the person who made my sandwich but he gave me the absolute... best customer service experience that I have ever had in my entire life. He was so energetic and kind, his smile and joy wasrefreshing and I had an overall outstanding experience because of him. I went in feeling drained and left feeling energized fromhis vibes. I really wish I got his name because he deserves more recognition than just on google. Read more

The last time I left this place I was smiling like a dang fool! The Chipotle Cheesesteak I got was the absolute BEST Cheesesteak... I have ever had! Also Kendra and Tauren are awesome! The first time I came to this specific location she helped me discover theChipotle Chicken Cheesesteak which was also FANTASTIC! Tauren made my sandwich and as I said it was the best EVER! If I wantJersey Mike's I would drive past other locations to go to this one! Absolutely Top Notch! I can't wait to go back! Read more

The morning team needs to learn to prioritize. I did a catering order online that was placed prior to them opening. I had... initially wanted to pick the order up around 11:30. I did receive a call from a very friendly staff member that told me theywere the only employee there, we moved the pick up time to 11:45. I got there a little after this time and waited over 20minutes while person after person came in ordered their sandwich and then left. No one acknowledged me, though i was standing atthe catering order pick up station. When i finally was able to get someone's attention they told me to hold on. This was afterwaiting. I thought that maybe as they were busy, they still had to finish up making some of the sandwiches. This was not thecase. After waiting until after 12:00, after the meeting i was providing lunch for had already started, i had to ask again if iwas going to get my order. I will say the staff is very polite. But, it turns out that they literally only had to close twolunch boxes and put them in bags! Please advise your staff on prioritization of your customers. As a customer with a large orderwho ordered a head of time, this should have been a priority. Especially since all that needed to be done was putting boxes inbags.... I would have been taken care of and out of there on time if i had walked in and ordered the 12 different sandwiches idid, because well over 12 people were helped ahead of me. The quality of the subs was excellent. Update-Dissapointed again.8/30/22 I tried once again to place a much smaller order for a corporate lunch. I ordered multiple sandwhiches and 4 cookies forthe Physcians at my Office. I labled them via online ordering with the names. Only one sandwhich was labled and we were missingcookies. I have been going to this place for the last year or so and everything has been great. However, yesterday was a different... story. First, the female employee who was working in the evening, didn't appear that she wanted to be there. Nonchalantdemeanor and a unpleasant aura was felt. Not insulting, however, she wasn't consumer relation material. Ending giving her agood tip as an advancement to attend a credible charm school. Secondly, after a long day at work, I was looking forward tohaving my Italian sub when I got home. As I took a bit into my sub, I realized that I was pretty much experiencing an unusuallack of flavor and substance to the sub. I opened the sub and discovered that there was less meat than what I have normallyreceived in the past. Hopefully, my vegan Italian sub was an isolated incident and not the new norm for Jersey Mike's and isnot giving into the "shrinkflation" that is starting to infect this country. Read more

Employees wearing masks and gloves. Floors on the line are kept clean, prep surfaces cleaned berween sandwiches. Very clean... and organized. Friendly employees wear smiles under their masks. Great sandwiches too, Big Kahuna is awesome steak&cheese, Ilike to add grilled tomatoes to the mix. Another great sandwich is their Italian, the capicola is high quality. Many people claim that Jersey Mike's steak and cheese sandwich to be the best. I was not sure what to expect but I assure you... that it is true. We got couple of versions of it, with everything, w/o cheese, w/o grilled peppers, and w/o onions. Our orderhad two regular size and two giant subs. The giant is seriously huge and would be excellent after a long hungry day. We alsotried it with regular bread and with wheat bread. I must say that the regular sub tasted better, but it is your choice. Theratio of meat to cheese to bread is perfect and I must say that not adding any toppings like fresh veggies or sauces is smartbecause it will cover up the real meat flavor. I am deducting a star in my rating because I was very disappointed that JerseyMike's doesn't have french fries in its menu. Read more
