I wish i could give this dunkin 0 stars. Coffee is terrible, food is ALWAYS burnt. I complain about my coffee not being correct... instead of making a new one they just add more ingredients to it. dont waste your money here i just threw out a large coffeebecause it tasted like dirty tap water. I've continued to order here because it's a convenient location for me but I wont anymore. The food quality is always bad, I... usually do mobile ordering and there is always somethimg wrong. If you mobile order they never put the donuts with your order,you have to go stand in line to get them. Last time they burned my husband's bagel (the whole top of the bagel was black) andstill put it in the bag... thats actually been a frequent thing. The drinks I get never taste the same and they are always madewrong (the wrong flavor). Honestly getting a good order here is like playing the lottery. Read more
I came with my boyfriend a few days ago and we ordered a large strawberry dragonfruit, a medium bloody orange and a few food... items. After paying my boyfriend looked at the receipt and saw that we were rung up for a small instead of a large so he broughtit to the employees attention, (she looked like she was a manager) when he told her I ordered a large instead she gave usattitude. She just kept arguing back as if it were a problem, then she was telling us that she's going to have yo refund us andshe was going to up charge us for a large which we had no problem with, that's what I wanted in the first place. She had twomore customers in line and we had no problem whatsoever waiting for our drinks. While we waited we didn't say anything or giveher attitude and when she finally gave us the drink she was telling us that she's compromising OUR order and just gave us amedium strawberry dragonfruit instead of the large I asked for, but she was telling us she wasn't going to upcharge unless wereally wanted it. Again, I had no problem with paying more it's literally a few cents extra, she was acting like we were lyingso we can get a bigger size and I really did not appreciate the attitude. I was very polite and the drink was terrible, shedidn't know how to make the drink and she was very rude and condescending. Please do better. Read more
I?d rather drive five miles out of my way to the Dunkin on Fort Belvoir than go to this one that?s one mile from my home. They... are all over the place and extremely slow. When you complain they act like you?re the problem for not being patient. Sorry butwaiting 30 min for a coffee is insane. Read more
This Dunkin is always packed. It?s hit or miss. One day staff will be slow and lethargic and other days they?ll be running... around like crazy. Food is still the same as it is at other Dunkin?s across the area. Read more
They make good coffee & food. But avoid going inside and ordering anything at the counter. The young guy who works at the front... counter in the mornings at 8am with the earrings and gold chain is just slow. He doesn?t understand anything you?re trying toorder and he?ll repeat your order WRONG and when you correct him he says ?that?s not what I meant? like what? -.- anyways,mobile ordering is okay, but they are slow because that guy at the counter slows them all the way down with all the mess up hedoes. If I could give zero stars, I would. Absolutely horrible customer service. First of all, no one ever greets you when you are... standing at the counter. They all pretend not to see you. When you do get your order, it is NEVER correct. If you complain & askthem to correct it, they get argumentative. When we order a large, they always give us a medium. If you say anything, they arguewith you & they don't care if you have the receipt to prove you ordered a large. The drinks taste different every time.
