Absolutely ridiculous! I've been here for 45 minutes waiting for a shower and there are still the same three guests ahead of me.... After checking the shower area out I found that all(!) showers are empty, waiting to get cleaned. Nine guests total in line, nota single person cleaning the showers. Pitiful! Maybe back in the day when everyone could cheat on their log books this was ok,but with the electronic watch dog monitoring our hours of service this is just not acceptable! I would understand it of allshowers are occupied that there could be a wait, but absolutely not when all(!) showers are empty! Do better! Read more
Was literally treated like trash by a manager named Kelly. If that was her agenda, she succeeded. Why are you hiring people... that are racially biased? There was a Hispanic woman that came and jumped the line as I was walking up. I told her there was aline, she said ?my apologies ? well Kelly didn?t like it and she showed it! She was very rude to me, Kelly is Hispanic as well.I asked her ?if there was a problem because she was being rude? She then said to me ?do you have a problem?. No one shouldexperience racism and rude employee?s. She knew she could get away with her behavior and she proved just that. This is veryunacceptable! I will be seeking further action. Read more
I didn't go inside. I just got gas here. Area around the pumps were clean and free of trash. This place seemed to have the... least expensive gas of all the gas stations right off the interstate. I was pleased with my experience. Read more
No hot showers. I told the cleaning personnel about the issue. He said there is nothing he can do. I said can you tell your... manager about the issue. He said that won?t matter? this place is sad? Read more
Worst customer service ever. The cashier was very rude and she was eating while talking with customers. Meanwhile, there was a... line of customers waiting. I spent more time waiting for a receipt than it took me to pump the gas all because they aren?t smartenough to put paper in the pump. Then got an attitude from the cashier when I finally got to the counter. She said ?have a niceday?.or not? as I was leaving. I never said anything to her. It wasn?t worth my time to say any thing. I just won?t ever beback. I?ll start using the Pilot down the street. Or the Love?s at exit #16. Never had any issues there. Read more
My one star is for the RV staying in their parking lot over night. We appreciate them letting us stay, but good greatious. The... trains run all night and the tracks is right across the road. The traffic of big trucks are in and out of the parking lot allnight long, some using their Jake brakes. SMH!! Hard getting sleep. Dog up all night too because of it We would recommend iteven though it's free. Read more
