Mcdonalds is always a good meal while traveling. The McDonald's in Lordsburg has easy access on and off of I-10. The staff is... always friendly even though they can get super busy at times feeding starving travelers. Wait times are never long ,you get yourfood hot, and you are on your way!!Great job!! Never had an issue with this particular McDs until today! Extremely slow service, rude staff, and the place was dirty. I... understand it was late and they had several orders but they had enough people working unlike other times I've stopped. We askednicely for an extra ranch and they straight up said no. We tried to pay for some and they refused, making faces and basicallyblowing us off. They also forgot the ketchup ! Read more
Have had issues with this location in recent weeks: Long wait times at the Drive-Thru, with zero communication from Drive-Thru... staff; long wait times, and poor service from in-lobby staff; zero apologies or explanations for slow service and lack ofDrive-Thru communication. Before this summer, I frequented this location on my travels. Probably a pass from now on. Read more

Bathrooms and dinning room were not clean. The guy at the counter just stood his post instead of cleaning few tables. A tall... black wavy hair young women didn't have a smile yet she was a woman on a mission. She walked back and forward from the kitchenand dinning room to make sure all customers were taken care of. I liked her work ethic! She handed us our food quickly and wentright back to helping others. I watch her delegate oders to the back in a nice manner making the other workers smile and laughwhich seemed like a good work enviroment. Food was fresh! Liked being able to place an order on the touch screen. Wait was 15mins, but it was one of few places to pick to eat from in the area. Read more
Stopped to fill up in this small town Lordsburg NM and grab a burger at mcd's fir the road.....this is a new mcds. Workers have... no clue about customer service. There was a manager scolding an employee in front of the customers..super unprofessional evenfor McDonald's. Lady at front counter was super frazzled telling customers to use the kiosk cuz she was to busy...us customerswere like huh...some had cash and couldn't use kiosk...there were plenty if workers around to help her... Food order was wrong 3times... forgot fries then size was med not large... forgot burger...and no sweet sour sauce...food was hot...but mycheeseburger was loaded with salt and pepper...loaded! Cook got very heavy handed with the shaker... Wasnt impressed withservice at all they were not busy..managers need training in repremanding employees and employees need training in customerservice. It's McDonald's you know what you're getting, but make sure to be kind to the staff. It's not their fault that ice cream machine... doesn't work. That would be the aliens fault, per usual. Read more
