Service sucks. They look at you and keep their merry way. Waited on the line for 10 minutes. No one else was before me in the... line. After waiting this girl tells me that the shift was changing and it was gonna be a while to get serviced. Like, what....worst service ever. And it's not the first time. Tired of the incompetence. I stopped by to get breakfast, I chose to go into the dining room, after getting out my car, a woman talking to another woman... told me the dining room was not open. I told her she could have told me before getting out of the car, after all I was parkednext to her. I went to the drive through and no service, so I went to the window and no service, they just walked away. I wouldnot the food for fear of attitude retaliation. So be careful when you go to a restaurant because you don't know the attitude ofthe person handling you food. Read more
Not only was the wait long but the meat was not cooked AT ALL and the buns were extremely hard there was a sign on the speaker... that said order at the window then they said they can only take cash smh not even worth the gas to go get my money back stay faraway from this location Read more
Not greeted after entering. Not greeted after waiting for some time at the counter to even be seen. Not one smile from anyone... let alone our server who seemed more like a zombie than a living human, the receipt named her as Katelynn. The dining room drinkdispenser was out of several drink syrups, including the regular root beer that I had ordered. Had to get the zombie to fill itat the drive-thru, she handed my cup to someone else out of my sight. We did have the correct sandwiches and my special chickensandwich was actually made correctly. But, when we got to the truck, our fries were barely warm and tasted old. A man came inwhile we were ordering. He had gotten home to find two chicken sandwiches instead of the baconator and double cheeseburger thathe had ordered. Not one smile on any of the employees faces who made eye contact with us. Not far from our worst experience atthis store. Definitely far from the best. Read more
This Wendy's on Henderson and Colorado Ave is horrible. At 9:30 with a line of cars waiting they shut off the lights; they're... not supposed to close until MIDNIGHT. The burgers are sloppily prepared and fries are cold, it's easier to just take the driveto cooper foster street on the other side of town to get a decent burger and professional service; if I could give it less thana star I would. ???? Every time i go to Wendy's, i order a single with pickles and ketchup only and state (no cheese). I get home with cheese every... time.( I know they only make $15.00 per hour, maybe i expect too much). After not eating from Wendy's for a long time ( months)I noticed the meat i use at home and their meat is not the same, theirs tastes like i imagine cooked human meat would taste. Not making any accusations or trying to cast guilt. Its very finley ground and has no flavor of beef . I am not going there anymore. Read more
