I'd give zero stars if possible. Kid that took my order first talked to some people that came after me that brought him a phone... charger and gave them a bag of food and cups and then when i ordered i asked for double bacon, which they charged me for but ona footlong with double bacon only got 9 slices for $11??? My bill came up to 25.86 they wouldn't take any coupons, and I will not be going back to that Walmart. This is not the first... time they have let me down. Secondly staff was all right, however, when we called the store he laughed at us, and didn't evenoffer a discount or gift card possibly to use at a future date. I know it?s subway but seriously come on. I ordered turkey sandwich with vegetables and got a sandwich with just bacon. Then... ordered 3 chocolate chip cookies for macadamia nut? called and the ?manager? kept saying what do you want me to do? If it didn?thave vegetables then we were out and if you got the wrong cookies then we were out, what you want me to do?? Staff seems like they're not fully trained, made my sandwich and everything is falling out plus the vegetables looked a bit... stale . Paid $20 for two subs that we don't enjoy. This location Needs to do better. Read more
Terrible food service. Ordered two foot long pizza subs, and they arrived with no pepperoni. When called and asked, they said... pepperoni is not automatic. THAT'S THE MAIN MEAT IN A PIZZA SUB! I also ordered a chicken salad, and the chicken was frozensolid. Read more
I ask the worker (tall female glasses) can they put gloves on when handling with food. Her response " I asked the other worker... if she can help me since there are 9 people in line she dont need gloves shes a cashier". Its mandatory in the food industry! This subway messed up my order so bad. I ordered a steak and cheese footlong sub with pickles, banana peppers, black olives,... green peppers, lettuce, onions, and tomatoes. All I got was lettuce and pickles. Not just a few pickles, it tasted like a wholejar of pickles on my sub. My boyfriend ordered a chicken bacon ranch footlong sub with banana peppers, lettuce, ranch, shreddedMonterey cheese, and Parmesan cheese. He didn?t even get ranch sauce on it. All he had on his was bacon cheese and chicken. Nolettuce, no banana peppers. I called up and whoever answered the phone, answered with ?Hi? I said ?Hello? That was adisrespectful way to answer the phone. Is this subway?? They said ?yes this is subway, how may I help you?? I asked for amanager, there wasn?t one. No shift lead either. My sub was very sloppy, and the cookies weren't even cooked right.
