45 mins trapped in the drive through line (thanks to poor design) only for them to be out of everything. From venti cups, to... dairy replacements no luck here. Employees were slow and lazy. No hustle even with a line wrapped around the building. Should Ialso mention our hot drink was handed to us without either a sleeve and stopper. So long story short, don't come here unless youwant burnt hands and wasted gas. Put out a sign or something before cars get trapped beyond the point of return. Read more
I don't usually write reviews but this was a pretty bad experience. I waited ten minutes to order my drink, even though there... was no line and the girl at the register said she would take my order, but then ignored me until i tried to leave to go to adifferent location. Then after I ordered, I waited 40 minutes for my drink just for it to be wrong. So then they remade it, butthey were not that kind to me when I told them the drink was wrong and showed them my order. I feel this starbucks has really gone downhill. The quality of the drinks don't taste as good. My favorite is the mocha frappes... which hardly have any flavor to them anymore. They just tast like bland iced mush. I've noticed this the last several months. Awaste of my money. I'll be going to Biggby down the road for now on! Read more
love starbucks as most do however this particular one seems to be sold out of a lot of popular drinks and even just the drink... items a lot. they?ve been out of white chocolate mocha, the venti size cups, the drink sleeves (which isn?t a big deal if youget iced but it?s super hot to hold if you don?t). the drive thru is hit or miss, you either get through in a timely manner oryou?re going to sit there and inch forward every 7 minutes. whoever orders their truck should learn their store and popularproducts slightly better so they can maybe order more of what they use more of. the inside is fairly clean, last i went in topick up a mobile order they had an enormous pile of truck items it looked to be- all piled in the corner of the dining room?hopefully they are able to get more staff so they don?t have that stuff just in the dining room chilling and still open forbusiness serving things they?re out of that in reality just need put out and away. however i will continue coming here as it?sthe closest to me on my commute to and or from work, and whether service is fast or slow my drink (if available) is always hotand delicious.
