This McDonald?s is one of the worst McDonald?s in Lorain and it?s sad because there is only 2 in town. It?s full of mentally... handicapped people that are so incompetent they can?t get an order correct if it was their own order. McDonald?s has went downin quality and customer service since Covid started and the prices have rose. My opinion is that they should fire everyone onMcDonald?s staff and rehire much older people that care about what people think about them. These people have an attitude towardeveryone in the drive-thru and have people waiting for an hour to give food and still got it wrong. I asked for a manager and henever came out. The only reason this place even got a 1 star from me is because I don?t have the ability to take stars away fromthem. Read more

I went through the drive-thru about 2:00 a.m. I had already put in an order online. When I arrived, their computers were down,... which they let me know right away. However, after I showed her what I had ordered she gave me the window price, which was almosttriple but I was supposed to pay in the app. So I told her the price I had been given on the app, she honored the order, and myfood was fresh and hot and amazing! No soft drinks, not even iced tea, which the order-taker said (incorrectly) was made with carbonated water. Poor, McDonald's,... very poor!!! Would give zero stars if I could. Read more
While I know McDonald's is always busy, I was expecting a better breakfast than what I had. A Big Breakfast should be a... serving of 2 eggs with all the rest that it comes with but I'm most certain that I only received 1egg. Ive been coming to this restaurant since being a kid and trust me when I say this establishment will never learn how to properly... make french fries. Dont even bother just dont order them. You will be picking thru them looking for the good ones like so manypeople I know. Other than that I usually get good food here Im just so mad about the fries. Im talking 10 years of soggy or overcooked and unsalted fries that are never filled correctly. Must be the ownership. This is a picture of 2 (large) fries filledhalfway. one of the worst places I've ever been. Staff is always rude they always act entitled. What could you really expect from... McDonald's. right now as we speak there are five cars including myself that they have pulled off to the side so we don't take uptheir line. Yet there is nobody else in line. So they're trying to keep their drive-thru numbers low by parking five cars at 1in the morning. Absolutely stupid. Read more
