These guys ALWAYS mess up my order and they give the drive thru customer prioriver the ones in the store. Waited for 5 minutes... even though I was the only one there. I had to ask someone finally to help me out .. all I wanted was an impossible burgertoday. Only ketchup and mustard inside burger and lettuce ans extra tomatoes on the side. I got two tiny tomatoes and barelyand ketchup or mustard. For the amount of money that food costs nowadays they can at least give me more that that!!! I am sodone going into this location. Burger King is not the king of burgers or anything else at this place. Don't you just hate it when your sandwich is flat as a... pancake and looks nothing like the advertising photos of the item ? Just recieved my order from door dash for a Double Whopper meal.. This is, not only forsure not a whopper to begin with, but... it's not even a sandwich on Burger kings menu. Because I don't no idea what the hell it is. There's no sandwich that I know ofwith two patties, onion, mayo, MUSTARD(??), and nothing else. If you can get someone at the drive thru to respond you're lucky. This location has a 100% don't give a **** policy and they... seem proud of it. Staff is rude, inefficient and unsanitary. Orders are not correct nor fast. It is not your way right away.There is an unnecessary frustration any time I visit here. Consult Google Maps for the next nearest location if you have acraving for a Whopper. Read more
I?ve wondered for so many years how this location is still open. I?ve lived around the corner for two years. For six months... straight, they had no iced coffee in the mornings. Until finally I said, ?do you guys just not order your products?? They wentback to having iced coffee for maybe two weeks. Now it?s hit or miss. I?ve ordered on the BK app and prepaid for my meal, onlyfor the manager to cancel my order while I?m at the window and refuse to give me food or compensation claiming I didn?t pay formy food, I had a receipt and online order confirmation. I have had probably 8/10 orders from there in the last 6 years (YES.SIX. AS I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN LOCAL) come out cold, incorrect or just flat out gross. The kicker for me is that the franchiseallows them to continue to operate when they don?t even operate within the hours they?re set to! Countless times have I pulledup to the drive thru window only to find out that no one bothered to open the location on time. In all my years of retail; Ihave NEVER not opened on time. Within a minute or two of being late, sure. But 30 minutes after six and still? No one? Thislocation is a joke. And should of been closed down years ago. The manager is the meanest, nastiest, rudest skum I have everdealt with. I literally drive out of my way to go to the cooper Foster location. This place isn?t worth the waste of money. Read more
