waited at the speaker for 10 mins. got to the pay window and the girl took my money and took another 5 minutes just taking... another order before giving me my change so i could move up. no have a good day or anything. the other female at the food windowwas rather polite on the other hand. Went through the drive through. The wait was rather long due to them being very UNDER STAFFED. However the food was hot and... tasted just as expected!. Read more

I won't post pictures due to privacy and them being underage but I would just like to thank the two young boys that work at the... Burger King on Cooper Foster for doing such a fine job. We went there Monday and these two young boys had that drive throughmoving!!!! The one looks like he couldn't be a day over 13/14 and the other maybe 15/16. We have been through there before andstopped going there because the ladies were so rude!!! We chose to give it another try and I'm glad we did because those boyswere amazing. Whoever is the manager of that location really needs to give these boys some props for doing their job and showingup for work!!! Great job boys Read more

I worked here and let me just say EVERYONE is so rude especially the little skinny manager named MAYA. She really shouldn't work... with people at all. Very rude and disrespectful. The top manager DON is amazing. He's truly what kept me there as long as I was.Oh and they make sloppy sandwiches. Read more

Socializing with each other is more important than getting orders done properly. Gave me cold food and an extra cheeseburger and... fries that I didnt ask for because both the girls failed to check the bags. Asked for 2 kids meals: one cheesburger, one 4pcschicken nuggets with apple juice and fries. The audacity to insinuate that I wanted something for free because I asked her totake it out and ring it up right because why would anybody pay $5.89 ringing them up individually for the same meal that cost$3.99? Then the manager comes over with a short temper and resolves my issue, but gets an attitude because I said I want to seethe receipt of the action taken like it was my fault his coworkers rather hold a conversation and laugh and joke saying I wantedsomething for free instead of listening and taking my order or simply asking for help to begin with! Should have just went withmy got and ordered from the Arby's across the street. It would have saved me the headache they gave me. That was my first timeordering from that location and most definetly be my last because they dont clean their ice or soda machine. I had sugar moldfloating through out my drink. Very gross! Used to be a nice place to get food. Past year has gone down hill. Only one line at lunch hour, inside stays closed. Constantly... have to repeat order and half time have to go back and and wait in line for 15 minutes to get right order. Then wait in line andhave order taker act like you are trying to get a free extra sandwich. Ordered BK King, cheapest meal on menu said minus cheese,confirmed and guess what get home and cheese melted all over it. Drive back wait another 15 minutes get interrogated by sameorder taker, then get to window ask young lady if she needs sandwich back, says no then he comes from no where while takingorders demanding my sandwich. With one line full of ppl to drive. Thought he was Manger shoved the sandwich in his hand and thenfound out lady was Mgr and he just order taker. So take it from me go down st to other BK or somewhere else or enjoy the circusthere. Ps did apologize to lady for the scene of my attitude and loud voice. Also no reply or answer fr GM, DM of store. This location (1900 Cooper Foster Rd. Lorain, Ohio) needs to be 100% restaffed. I have had MULTIPLE experiences of rude... employees, managers and a lack of attention to detail resulting in botched up orders. They did brand new construction/a buildingto improve the look of the establishment. But NO NEED with the staff working at this location. They should either rehire ALL newpeople that have some excellent customer service skills or shut the place down completely! Awful place! Wish I could rate it 0 Read more

I was sent in to place a group order. We couldn't get the app to work so I went in and placed it. 15 or so sandwiches, onion... rings and fries for multiple people. I expected the woman at the counter to freak out or get upset. It was a huge order to justwalk in and place. Lindsay was great. She had a smile the whole time. She took my order accurately the first time. She wasthorough and friendly. The order was complete rather quickly. Everything was there. The entire order was 100% accurate, hot andfresh. Very pleased with this location, they've got it together. I drove past the rte.58 location to get to this one, glad itworked out. Read more
