I treated my friend to dinner while staying with her. There was a short wait when we arrived. Once taken to our table, another... server was passing our table and noticed there were no drinks. She offered to take our drink orders, even though she was not ourserver, before we could warm the seats good. We took her suggestion and ordered the Tipsy Zombie. It was really sweet, evenafter stirring. I'm not a sweet cocktail drinker, however it was good. Our server, NeKisha, was just as awesome. NeKisha had agreat personality and offered great service. Our appetizers came out a bit slow. Our main dishes came out nice and hot, and wellseasoned. The additional side dish I ordered did not come out with my food and our server had to go get it. Nobiggie... Servers like the ones we encountered on this visit will make me a repeat customer when I return to the area. Kudos tothe entire team... the hostesses, servers/wait staff, bartenders and cooks. Your teamwork and effort did not go unnoticed. THANKYOU!!! Read more
I?d give this location a negative 5 stars if it were an option. They NEVER have food ready when they say it?s supposed to be.... I?m talking like 20-30+ the time they told you. Not a few minutes (usual) - AVOID !! Read more
When we got there tonight at 7 pm we were told that restaurant was closed early for the night due to a computer failure. The... poor guys who came before before us Waited 30 min to find out they could not get a table and left upset as well. We went to adifferent Applebee's and told them what happened. It was too crowded. We found out that this place in Lorain/ Amherst isdeveloping a habit of blaming their computer failures and closing down early so they could all go home and let customers burdenand overwhelm the other nearby Applebee's and their employees. Worst service yet at this location. Seated with no silverware, got an appetizer and was given no plates for it, our waitress... came to the table maybe 3 times if that and we overheard her tell another table how short staffed they were and didn?t even havea dishwasher! Don?t waste your time or money. I?ll be surprised if this location doesn?t close soon. Read more
