What was ordered from the menu was told is no longer available. But could be done a different way and it would be the same... thing. Ok. Expectations should always be low when choosing Taco Bell but this location is beyond a d below subpar even for Taco Bell. It... really comes down to two things lack of workers and terrible management. If your manager is all over the place (and this one is)how does anyone expect any kind of proper service. Usually they are fast, but sometimes they aren't open during regular hours. I visited on the wknd at 1230 and they said they... aren't ready to open yet, when I asked what time I could come back they said they don't know? There has also been times whenthey are out of certain items. Read more
This was supposed to be a chicken quesadilla. You should at least get what you pay for over $4 for this. We got two of these and... there were the same. You need to train your people better or stop being cheap because I?m not sure if they were told to do itthis way. Dinner orders are always right. I have only one complaint, the crunchy taco are always so watery that the shells are soaked thru... ????. The Taco Bell breakfast, two thumbs down. Our breakfast drive thru order has been wrong every time. So I am giving it anoverall score of 2. Read more
I have always love taco bell and was so excited for when Loogootee finally got one; but I have yet to have a good experience... with them. Every single time I have went through the drive-thru and ordered I would either get items I did not order instead ofwhat I did like: one time in my order I asked for 2 doritos Loco tacos and didn't receive them instead got soft tacos, othertimes when I would ask for something to be added also charged for the add-on condiment or to ask for something not to be on anitem I want it would come without the extra condiments I asked for as well as what I asked not to be on it, I would not receiveitems that I ordered at all, and a couple times would have my entire order completely wrong g altogether!!! Ordered off of the app a couple of nights ago. My husband and I ordered 4 of the cheddar chaulpa "tacos", and the shells were... rock hard. Like you could've shattered your teeth on them. We've order 3 other times through the app, they've got it wrong eachtime. This location sucks, Washington's location is far better. Ordered online again 12/06/22 and they missed half of myingredients on my chicken soft tacos supreme. How hard is it to read a list off of an app? Read more
