I usually don?t leave reviews but I come to this McDonald?s frequently. The kitchen was loud. We sat at the counter for quite a... while before someone stopped talking and playing around in the back to come and take our order. The person taking our orderseemed bothered to take it and didnt ask us what size we wanted on our orders. They just sat in silence the entire time. Themanager was in the back playing around with the staff as well and only came to the counter to break our 100 dollar bill we payedwith and didnt seemed bothered about what was going on. The store wasn?t busy or I would have been way more understanding. ThisMcDonalds used to be a really great store. I?m not sure if its just the night staff, but it has been slowly going down hill eversince the interior was redone. We have been met with nothing but cold and lousy customer service ever sense. There was a lot ofstaff In the back lounging when the store front needed cleaning, the trash cans outside were over flowing, and I?m sure thebathrooms would have been the same. I hope the store gets better management or staff so it can be as good as it was a couplemonths ago. Read more
Stopped because it's 3am and says it's open 24 hours, but it's just the lobby. Since I'm hauling a tall camper he said I'd have... to walk thru, and of course wouldn't be able to use the restroom. I went to the waffle house up the road and got great serviceand food instead. Read more
No F's given here. No paper for receipts so customers didn't know whose orders were whose. Active S-show. Actively ignoring... customers so they aren't bothered by people. I'd double check your orders, but even then, it'll have to be fixed by peoplewho'd really rather not. Food was as expected with the exception of missing items. Pretty awful even for a McDonald's. Although we have given this location several chances it's now off the list. The staff are rude. Every single time we've ordered... from here there's been something wrong with our order. They could take some lessons from the Burger King up the street. BurgerKing never has more than a few crew running the whole store and still manage to get our food out correctly while being friendly. Cashier was very friendly but the food wasn't particularly fresh. Should have known when they had it ready in a minute. When is... McDonald's going to learn to make the food fresh for every order? Seems like speed of service is all they think people careabout. Read more
Just a quick stop on my way to Dallas, Facility very clean, dinning room tables and chairs well aligned, the employees... friendly,helpful and polite. Good ambience . Hope this location gets a type of recognition. Read more

When you order a double quarter pounder deluxe and they give you a standard double quarter pounder with cheese....
