I came in at 1pm and ordered a 6" monster, it was suposed to be toasted, he toasted but it wasn't he needed to toast it again.... And the black pepper mayo was white water instead of a solid mayo. Waste of money. Dissatisfied. More bacon,than anything . Iwant my money back. This was the best subway 2 years ago, before covid, after that the food and service passing off sloppy foodingredients then giving to the customer. Everytime there is always a problem. Everytime it's bad service. And not just in person. Also when ordering pickup through the... app. Worst experiences. And most everytime I do order pickup I get home and my subs aren't even cut in half. If they are out ofmy bread I wish they would contact you instead of still making the sub on their choice of bread. They were out of Spinach Wraps, the Toaster was broken and they wouldn't use the microwave to heat up the bacon ???????????.
