Not a great experience. To start, my bagel was burnt so I asked for it to be remade, I talked to the manager Megan, I believe... was her name and everything was fine until I heard her talking negatively about her employees to another barista and I.Unprofessional, for that reason on its own I won?t be returning. Frappuccino was just ok. They stop using the caramel sprinkles and I miss them!!!! The indoor seating is not open yet which was... a problem today As I went there to work. Sat outside for a little while but this is florida and it is hot n humid. The bathroomwas also out if toilet paper.. a HUGE NO. But like always, the staff was awesome Read more
I ordered a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino. They said they were out of the "crunch", and asked if I'd be okay with the cookie... crumble instead. I was okay with it, and I didn't regret it one bit! It can't even be compared to what I originally ordered.It's in a lane by itself. Maybe they could consider having it as a full-time menu item when they're switching up their specialdrinks. Read more
The coffee is great- always reliable! The place also has a nice atmosphere and the staff is friendly! The big problem I have... is that you can sit there and fill up your bladder with a mega venti coffee but you cannot use the restrooms. I know things aretough Right now, but if you feel confident enough in your cleanliness to serve food then I think you should also make a restroomavailable. Read more
Relatively new, beautiful store. This was such a refreshing experience! Such friendly staff who greeted us when we walked in the... door! They were cheery, chatted with me, tried to get to know me and my needs, knew their products - I mean wow - even offeredhelpful suggestions! We?ve been so disappointed by Starbucks lately at other locations including (and especially) the AvalonPark & Golden Isle(THE WORST, this is this store?s antithesis) and that 400 Park Ave. (Winter Park) locations. I?d come hereever day. Do not pass it by! My friend comes here to do homework and drink coffee alot and when I joined, he practically knew half the staff by name lol the... staff was super friendly and just from over hearing, they know most customers by name and have memorized orders. They are nice,and sweet, and the coffee here is fantastic. I'm not too familiar with coffee shops so the people that helped me walked methrough the menu which was really nice and offered me stuff to try. They all talk at a whisper unless taking someone's orderwhich keeps a very peaceful ambiance. The whole place was clean and smelled amazing. Read more
