I walked up and ordered we sat there for like 20 minutes and noticed that 3 people that ordered long after we ordered received... their food. When I said something to the employee he said that our food was almost done. I ordered a hotdog mozzarella sticksfries and a burger none of which should take that long to cook. I asked for my money back and the manager never came out to talkto me but sent the employee out to say that I would be refunded in 7 days. Why so long to give me my money back? Read more
Associates are rude, managers are rude, especially Carey (or however you spell her name). Customer service is ABYSMAL. They... don?t provide the sauces in delivery orders and you constantly find hair or random things baked into your food. Make sure youcheck your food should you dare eat at this location. I placed $35 order online for pickup when I received the chicken it was not chicken, rather many pieces of crunchy breading not... chicken. Considering that the popcorn chicken meal is $8 I really would have enjoyed to eat actual chicken not fried crunchychicken breading pieces. All sauces I had requested were missing. Other than that the pretzels were amazing as always sonicnever missed with them damn pretzels but the chicken was miserable. :( Read more

I love this sonic. When something seemed off about my receipt they took the time to figure it out and made it a teachable moment... for the person running the register that was new but a delight to interact with. Horrible customer service, The drive thru has a horrible setup, I waited in line for 15 mins just to pass the actual intercom... without realizing it. No one ever spoke out so I never noticed it until I got to the window. I asked if I could order my slushyat the window and they told me I?d have to go back around? If I wasn?t black I wonder how differently that would?ve played out..so here I am, BACK OF THE LINE again after I drove 20 mins just to get a slushy , waiting ANOTHER 15 MINUTES. It was ok. The chicken tenders were a combination of tenders and nuggets sorta. Food wasn't cold but not hot either. Update ... : Only came back because I had to be nearby for an extended time. This location still sucks with the chicken tenders. But mystrawberry slushy is great. Read more
