I called several times trying to place an order via phone someone literally picks the phone up and hangs it up. I understand... they are busy on a Friday night but you can?t get these people on the line during the day either. I am not usually one to complain when something is not totally exact on what I ordered unless I was over charged or allergic to... the food I receive. Two weeks ago we stopped at this little caesars location and ordered the large extra most best pepperonipizza with sausage added. The total came to about $13.00 and change. The pizza box was boiling hot temperature and a very niceheaviness to the box also so we looked forward to the revealing when we finally got home. We got comfortable and opened thepizza box to see a totally pepperoni filled pizza with added sausage the pizza was amazing and was definitely worth the choiceto purchase. So as you can imagine our shock to us stopping in today to purchase another extra most best pepperoni pizza(without sausage) this time the box was luke warm and certainly not the temperature as it was the last time. We drove homeopened the box and it was night and day in the quality of the pizza this had the lightest amount of pepperoni I have ever seenon a pizza and barely a good amount of cheese . I don't know why this pizza wasn't full of toppings like the last one or extrahot like the last. I don't know who dropped the ball but this was a complete disappointment and not worth the money like we gotduring our first visit. I hope in a future visit we can receive a better quality product. This is about the ONLY little Caesars that is the CLEANEST, and the most ATTENTIVE one I've been to yet. They handed me FRESH... pizza, not hard, over cooked, with retarded slices. Definitely going to make this one my new favorite one Read more

Worst. Customer. Service. EVER! I ordered three pizzas, an order of crazy bread and Twix Brownies on Saturday, August 13, 2022. ... I picked up the food on time - no problem. However, when I got home, I realized that I didn't have the brownies. I called thestore and asked them to refund the money onto my credit card. The young lady I first spoke with said that they didn't actuallyhave the brownies at all and that's why I didn't get them. However, she said that I needed to come back to the store with aticket from one of the pizza boxes to get the refund - $3.89. I told her that it takes me 15 minutes to get to the store oneway. She said that she would ask the manager if they could just refund the money. So, the manager got on the phone and lookedup my order. He could see that I ordered the brownies. He then told me that it was MY fault that I didn't check the orderbefore I left the store. Had I simply checked, the manager said, then I could have asked one of their employees and they wouldhave informed me that the brownies were out of stock. Then, they could have refunded the money at that point. I asked him whythey charged me in the first place for an item that was out of stock and why they didn't simply remove the item from my orderinstead of charging me for it? He didn't answer but just kept talking over me. I asked him for his name and he refused to giveit. He then said "Have a nice day" and hung up on me. The complete lack of customer service is shocking. I order from this location and normally I have pretty good pizza. Today I had a hair on my cheese pizza and hard nearly burnt... sausage on my other pizza. I threw the slice away that had hair and shrugged it off, then I open the sausage and pepperoni andsee this mess. I'm just done with Little Cesar's all together. Read more

Customer service is absolutely garbage! Ordered a simple pepperoni pizza and bread sticks extra sauce on it. Three other people... came in and complained about their order and the kid behind the register with the most horrible attitude cursing and laughing .Saying he didn?t care about what anyone thought because he doesn?t own this place. Waited 20 mins for our order to just be wrongas well.. won?t be coming back here again.. Pizza Hut for now on ! Read more

I'm absolutely baffled; I grab a pizza or 2 here, usually via the app, probably 2-3x monthly. I always get 1 of them as the same... thing: One half pineapple & one half onion. 2 days ago, I go in & order the same exact thing as always & was literally told that"We can't do half & half, it's just whatever toppings on the whole thing!" ???????????? Obviously, that isn't true, & I eventold the girl that I have ordered it that way MANY times, thinking she might try to find out from someone more "versed" on theregister, but no, she stuck to her guns on it & I didn't feel like arguing, so I just did all pineapple & figured I'd complainon a review. So LC, PLEASE, will you actually train your employees properly & let them know that not only is it POSSIBLE to dohalf & half toppings on one pizza, but that it's STANDARD PRACTICE for basically ANY pizza parlor?! I'd really appreciate that.The employee was a cute, young-ish black girl w/glasses & short hair; I don't think she was being snarky or anything, but sheDOES need to just be properly trained & be able to provide this very BASIC request from now on, because I know I'm not the onlyone who will again request it! I went to this location for the first time and it was horrible my order was not ready, although I had placed the order 2 hours... prior online. I come in and get my order from the Pizza Portal and see that my dessert is missing. I ask the first employeejust to be completely ignored. I ask the staff member at the register and he is clueless and I have to tell him that my dessertis missing. He goes to get it and tells me it is sold out but they have Twix brownies. I inform him that is not the one that Iwanted and that I wanted my money back. The manager comes back and tells me basically she can?t give me back the $4 without itbeing a huge thing because I order online. She continues trying to convide me to come back the next day to get the M&M brownie Iwanted ???????????. I kept telling her no! I just wanted to leave so I was like ok whatever give me the Twix brownies which werefrozen like a brick. I ask for my 2 liter Pepsi which they gave to me hot because their refrigerator was not stocked. It hadnothing to do with not having staff because she had plenty of staff not working but goofing around. Than to to top it off I gethome and the bread sticks are burned and I don?t even know if would call them break sticks. The bad reviews of this place aretrue. It is just bad customer service.
