I have tried so many times to let Dominos know when they screw up a order and they do get the fixer upper pizza right, But one... week later and they have forgotten and screw up another pizza order. This time I ordered a Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich and aLarge 5 item pizza. Both were were skimpy, the pizza had some pieces with just 1 small bit of meat on it others may have had 2or 3 bits on it. I will NEVER EVER waste my money buying a sandwich from Domino's Pizza again. It was horrible! I'm starting tothink Hungry Howie's Pizza is better then Dominos Pizza... Little Caesars Pizza definitely taste better and you get more meat ona Little Caesars Pizza and lets not forget it is better bang for your buck. The only issue is they are a little further away.Dominos is just not worth our time any more. Read more

Very disgusted at how the Store Manager Benjamin handled the mistake done by the Delivery Driver at leaving the order in another... house. I have never been disrespected at the point that this unprofessional manager hang up the phone when I was asking for therefund. His driver give a free pizza with cheesy bread, because he did not fallow the contactless instructions that I give. I?am a very honest person, I even have my ring door bell for proof. I've never been one to complain, but today was a important day! 4:45pm I placed and order that was only supposed to take 25... minutes to be delivered. 5:55pm I noticed my food had been in "QA" since 5:26pm. I call and was told my order was not made assoon as it was placed, when I asked why, I was told "So the food didn't get cold" we held the order. I had to have my daughterready for her VPK Graduation and at the venue by 6:30! She loves pizza and had her heart set on it - then I had to tell her shecouldn't have it because it wasn't ready and we didn't have time. So do me and other parents out there a solid, if you decideto hold someone else's order due to short staffing and worrying about food getting cold, give someone a call and let them know,I would have picked it up. I just don't get it. Advertising says, " Larage 3 topping pizza, 7.99 Pick up only. I ordered tge same pizza I get 3 times a... week. (I'm a truck driver) Large, thin crust, bbq sauce, hamburger, pineapple extra cheese. 8.51 or 8.59 depends on taxes.Here, tgey wanted to charger me 10.59. You know why? BBQ sauce. They want to charge me almost 2$ extra for BBQ sauce. Imswapping out one sauce for the other. It was very good. They were very quick and efficient. The staff was super friendly. The Brooklyn style is a nice change. It is... thinner than most pizza but still soft and chewy. For fast food pizza it was very good. Read more
