Omg soooooo good! Had our car across the street getting worked on so we decided to walk over and grab lunch and let tell you... service was amazing and welcoming. The menu had lots of choices I got the rodeo burger my husband got honey mustard chickensandwich and it was all sooooo flippin good. I've been to this place four times, each time hoping the previous time was some random off day for the staff. I was wrong and my... 4th experience only amplified the poor quality of food, lack of personality by the staff and overall feel of emptiness. Althoughthis place has pool tables and a stage for live music and multiple dart boards, their other shortcomings far outweigh thenovelty of bar games. The chef or some other management type has decided that this establishment needs not one but over five ofits own signature BBQ sauces, which is quite an endeavor. Well this attempt has resulted in failure. One sauce being cherry thisor mango that even a horseradish type sauce. All of the sauces lack flavor or depth. Furthermore, the overall impression ofSouthern BBQ is just not alive in Longview Washington with this restaurant. The food is unremarkable, the fries are bland andtasteless, the pulled pork is underseasoned and the brisket was embarrassingly below expectations. The staff, namely Carla wasunpleasant and should probably rethink her role in the restaurant industry. Even the bathrooms at this restaurant are dirty andtacky with urinals made from old beer kegs. PNW Meat Heads, leave the BBQ to Austin, Memphis or St Louis. If you're in LongviewWashington and considering BBQ, skip this place. Your wallet and tastebuds will thank you. Read more
This food just melts in your mouth! I wokr up this morning craving more! We are from out of town and made a trip just to try the... food. Definitely worth it! The inside is nice and open and the setup/decor is welcoming. The owner came over and introducedhimself and asked how things were and gave us a little background on the food and establishment. We appreciated it! The onlyreason i didn't give it 5 stars is because the rest of the staff was not very helpful nor pleasant, unfortunately. I'd like tothink it was just an "off" day.. for all three of the ladies we encountered. That being saud, we will be coming in to eat everytime we go through Longview! Read more
I've had BBQ in quite a few places in my travels, this was one of the better. The pulled pork was so tender it damn near just... melted in my mouth. It was well seasoned and a nice mild smoke to it that doesn't over power the seasonings or the pork. Thebrisket was awesome as well. Had a nice bark and a good thick smoke ring. The rub was great, had a nice little kick ofspice. The sauces offered on the side are good. The peach BBQ sauce was tasty, it had a very unique flavor to it. Beans wereawesome as well. Good flavor and full of hot link pieces. It was our first time there, we decided to try it out for ouranniversary and it was worth it. We'll be back as it's one of few decent BBQ joints in western Washington. So good. I was missing Dave's BBQ since I moved down here and I guess I found my replacement. The honey butter is delicious. Try... the poutin fries it's worth it! The meat was almost perfect. 5 more minutes in the smoker and it would've been fall off thebone. Will definitely be back. Read more

Forgot to take a pic before starting to eat, the plate was actually fuller when it arrived. Yes, that's a pizza platter. Yes,... that's 4x styles of meat w/ 2x sides. Five of us went to celebrate 2x birthdays, and everyone loved what they had. The food isover the top! Ridiculous meats, delicious potato salad. Great cornbread. 5* ... DEFINITELY WORTH AN HOUR DRIVE if you want asteakhouse that will surprise you. We are going every time we come to visit! Read more
Went for prime rib on Fri night with a drink. Was impressed with much of the dinner. Service was great and drinks were good and... not costly. This was a revisit from a poor first try... much better this time. We will return again later Read more
