I dont like to leave negative reviews, but this subway is just worse and worse every time I come here. The employees are very... rude. They never have my order ready. Today, the drive thru speaker was out, and there was a sign to pull up to the window.There were several people inside and no one came to the window for over 15 minutes. Several of the girls made eye contact withme multiple times. I eventually had to pull away and go inside to get my order. I am honestly done coming here. Read more
Worst subway I?ve been to EVER. The employees didn?t even know how to make a steak and cheese sandwich. The sub was lacking meat... and was very small. For 2 6? subs and medium drinks, $18 later you would think you?d be full, but there was barely any inside tothis miniature 6?. I understand there being new employees but they couldn?t even tell which meat was steak, which cheese wasAmerican, and which bread was which. Won?t be returning, thanks. Read more
Fast and friendly service. Definitely good for a quick bite.
The online hours say they close at 9:30pm, I show up at 9:00pm and the Open sign is still on. When I went to the drive through,... the employees just ran to the back and ignored me. So I waited a few minutes & drove to park. I walk up to the door and it islocked. One male employee looked at me & then just went back to talking to a coworker. You should really update your hours ortell your employees not to ignore their customers. Read more
Food was decent but customer service is severely lacking . I've had orders made wrong multiple times with no apologies.
I was next in line while the one sandwich artist was preparing the other customer's sandwich. I saw 2 other employees. One was... working drive through and the other appeard to be doing very little. After he was finished and just starting my sandwich, a ladycame in and said she was in a hurry and wanted a salad. One of the other employees jumped up and immediately began making hersalad. The lady was allowed to cut the line because she was in a hurry! This is bad customer service. The sandwich was a mess.The sandwich artist must have been new as he was very slow and had difficulty cutting the bread. That's understandable if you'renew. I get it. Always clean even during busy times. Employees are amazing and helpful with questions. The place smells clean and not stuffy.... Then again, maybe it's my jalapenos on my sandwich ... The business is friendly to LTC holders as of this writing, May 30 2017.I subtracted a star because I am pro-organic non-gmo, clean and not heavily processed food. It's may seem contradictory to eatat a place that does not offer this, no. A way to alert people to this interest is to share a personal experience at theestablishment to verify the food offered. This time I used the app! At 3:15 pm I ordered 3 footlongs for the Friday deal!Wanted them at 3:45 for pickup! Got there at 3:45... not ready or even made and drive-thru speaker doesn't even work! No note, no one to tell you! At the window, He told me 5minutes! 30 minutes later I got the 3 footlongs! NOT HAPPY and definitely won't be back to this Subway ever again!! 3 strikesand you're out!
