We went through the drive thru and got 2 #14 meals and one with no tomatoes. We pull up to the window and got our food and... neither of the burritos were made right and we had to ask for napkins, ketchup, & picante sauce. The girl at the window was veryunfriendly and and rude! We were literally THE ONLY customers there at the time. This experience was horrible, and if I amspending my money on some prepared food I at the very minimum expect to get what I order made the correct way. Considering wewere the only customers the manager on duty should be ashamed of themselves allowing this kind of customer service. Read more
Went to Sonic on Spring Hill on 50 cent corn dog day... naturally the Halloween deal they do every year. Went about 6pm pulled... up and go to order and I'm told they are already out. So then drove to gilmer road location in pine tree suburb of Longview andorder my 10 for myself and kids and they had food to sell to me. Order enough to be prepared for the event. If one store canhandle it, all should be able too. Management needs to be better on the ball. And usually gilmer Rd disappoints. Spring Hill Iexpected more from. Just saying. Read more
Ordered 6 drinks through the app, waited for 20 mins, they brought 4 out, and 2 of them were wrong. New management please
I stopped in for lunch,they were very busy which is normal . Waited about 15 minutes before meal came and it was completely... wrong. How long does one drink at 730 amtake? Isn't the whole purpose of order ahead to have it faster? Last time it took 20 minutes,... this time I'm pushing 15. I guess it's my fault for trusting this location to actually have my order ahead ready when I orderedit 5 minutes before I got there. Again, ONE DRINK! Read more
This place has steadily gone down hill unfortunately. Of course it is a fast food place and expectations shouldn't be too high... to begin with. BUT when every single order u have gotten the last 2 months is wrong there's gotta be something wrong here. The 2stars is because the people are friendly but other than that there's nothing to be desired with their food. Wish they'd get itback together! Read more
I was at this place with another individual whom ordered, not I! I do not like Sonic food as it tastes like burnt oil most of... the time. Most all restaurants in this area do not clean their equipment as often as they should and the quality of foodsuffers. I can definitely tell the difference as I once was if the industry. Read more
Very disappointed. Breakfast at this location is drive up window only. NOOOO signs to this fact just a very rude lady shouting... out the door, "you have to go through the drive up!!" The line was 5+ cars deep. Drove down the road for a few minutes and thenext Sonic has carhops working with smiles. Read more
