HORRIBLE!!!! From management to employees are rude. Last time I checked customer was always right. First food is always old cuz... they cook too much chicken and then try to sell it, fries are old and soggy,. We are paying for hot fresh food. Then managementlet's you know they don't care, well guess what our money pays your salary. It's always like this we like Popeyes but this istiresome. This establishment needs HELP and has needed help for a long time! The quality of food that is handed out the drive thru is... embarrassing!!! Upper management needs to be changed or stop and start taking time to train your employees properly. This is achicken establishment and yet the chicken is not edible!?? I went through the drive thru tonight to pick up dinner for my daughter and I after I left GSMC. The staff seemed very... overwhelmed tonight. My heart really went out to them. The staff member taking the order was having trouble matching what was onthe drive thru menu to what was on the computer. It sounded like they didn't update the computer system when they updated themenus. They were out of fillets for the chicken sandwiches, most of the chicken but had tenders and shrimp. I ordered the 3pctenders for my daughter, with mashed potatoes (no gravy), and a large sweet tea. For me, I ordered a #5 shrimp with 2pctenders, red beans and rice, and a large sweet tea. When I got home, the food was luke warm. The chicken tender I ate was toughand dry. The shrimp was OK, but it wasn't hot. They gave me fries instead of red beans and rice. My daughter said the same abouther chicken tenders: dry and tough. Her mashed potatoes were OK, but were bland. The best part of the meal was the sweet tea.The meal cost was just over $24.00, and wasn't worth what we paid for it. Overall, not the best experience, but I hope theevening got better for the staff. Waited 30 mins to get my order taken, and went up to the window. And the manger was so rude said we can?t order in the window... but she lady was nice enough to do it for us. Then they proceeded to just throw the food into the bag the fries weren?t even ina bad just in the Togo bag. Worse experience and I will not be coming back. Very rude people Read more
I?m a DoorDash driver and when I pulled in the intercom wasn?t working they had me sit at the window for about 5 minutes before... handing me the drinks and asking me to pull up and wait for the food. They only gave me 2 straws for 3 drinks and when I pulledup the time stamp I was late to pick up the food because it had been 15 minutes I?d been there. There was only one person infront of me when I got there and they didn?t ask him to pull up. Not happy and would not recommend this waste of time. Lobby wasclosed. I attempted to call the store and ask what?s taking so long because on most orders it?s just sitting there on thecounter already for me there was no reason for me to wait 15 minutes. The phone number that they use on the store websitedoesn?t even ring. Update a week later and the wait time is 30+ minutes and the intercom is still broken. Straight trash. Every experience is almost exactly the same. This time my husband went to bring me some lunch at work. He said... he waiting about 5 minutes just for them to give them fries and try to send him off without the chicken sandwich. He then had towait another five minutes for what they completely left off. Just for the thinnest over crusted chicken sandwich I've ever hadfrom there. Most times when I go, they don't make it spicy like I order every single time. And by far the rudest employees fromanywhere I have EVER been to. If you don't want to work there, then don't apply. I can't believe some higher up has still notdone something about this establishment your employees have made horrible. Read more
Went inside because nobody was inside and the drive through was packed. Got the order to go. The employees were nice, the... place was clean and the food was hot and fresh. The only reason I didn?t give 5 stars was because I ordered 3 chicken sandwichmeals and spicy tenders. I don?t know if things have changed or what, but nothing about any of the order was spicy. Thesandwich has some sauce, but none of the breading had any spice to it. Other than that all of the employees were about theirbusiness and the food was hot and fresh, so I can live with that. They don't deserve one star. Service was awful. Chicken was tiny pieces and overcooked and the discontinued the Cajun rice. How... crazy is that. Popeyes is known for its dirty rice and the quit serving it. I will not go back Read more
