I came by this location today and bought several meals. My bill was 47 dollars and some change. When we got home we discovered... that we were short a happy meal, 3 orders of fries, and 2 large drinks. Also 3 weeks ago I was shorted a biscuit and gravy meal.I would not recommend this location to anybody and will not be returning myself. Read more
I try not to get my hopes up when I go to McDonald's... but this was a bit of a disappointment even for McDonald's. My Big Mac... came with pickles even though I ordered it without, not a deal breaker... I can pick them off. But I think they gave me someoneelse's burger because the notes on the ticket said no onions and my order clearly said no pickles. The hamburger was alsopretty dry like they had forgotten the sauce, but it was actually there. Aside from that, they gave it to me to go even thoughI ordered it as dine in. Other than that, the restaurant was fairly clean and I ordered using the app so I really didn't havemuch interaction with the staff. Read more
Went inside to get a quick bite and was standing in extreme stickiness while trying to get ketchup out of the ketchup pump.... There wasn?t any ketchup and all the drinks were awful. We sat down at a filthy table and after a couple of bites of my deluxespicy chicken it was raw plus my husband?s and sons hamburger patties were crunchy and burnt. I went and politely showed them mychicken and asked for refund since my appetite was spoiled. I was told that they can?t do refunds so I asked if I could get twoMcflurries and of course the ice cream machine wasn?t working. I asked the manager again politely for my money back and thistime she was willing to give it back. Idk if they are short staffed like everywhere else but no excuse for salmonella risks. Read more

We come here often for a few drinks before I go in to work, but today we got two meals. It never takes very long even when we... get food, but it did this time. Michael the employee who brought us our food asked what pies we liked because we had waited solong! He's a very kind employee! Stopped at this McDonalds because it was in the vicinity. The worst McDonalds I ever been in. I ordered through the McDonald's... App went inside to pick up my order. When I entered the store I was not greeted I felt like I walked into a White onlyRestaurant. I stood to the left for mobile app pick up. Once my order was ready I still was not greeted. I had to ask for mydrinks & BBQ sauce for the chicken nuggets. The worse customer service I do not recommend this McDonalds. Read more
I drop by this McDonald's often for a Mocha Frappe. Always delicious. And the staff is very accommodating and courteous. In fact... when my sis and I meet here sometimes for breakfast the staff will bring our food right to our table. Nice huh? Read more
