Horrible experience. Will not ever return. The cashier couldn't count out change for 100. Very rude, and the cook doesn't... know how to count to 16. I got a 16 piece fish with 4 sides. Long John Silver's is gone a long way backwards over the years when I first went to Long John Silver's it was great food. The... last few times I went however the food has been mediocre at best the service is bad the the whole atmosphere is unlikable it isvery dark in there they're not up keeping any other outside equipment or inside equipment. All in all this is a very bad placeto go right now. The management really needs to and get with the owners and get some of the stuff fixed or they're not going tomake it. Read more
Ordered the #12, 3 chicken 2 fish meal. Got to the window was told they only had tartar sauce. Guys puts 1 in my bag. Barely... covered the bottom of the little cup it comes in. Had no shrimp sauce no vinegar. The food was horrible. Cole slaw tasted likebleach. Fish and chicken was very dry. Ended up throwing it in the trash. Horrible food. Read more
Chicken was jerky, the sides were just plain awful. Most drinks were out of order and as we say two roaches crawled across the... floor. Food and crumbs all over the floor and the ac is broken. Manger was nice and so was staff but it's not worth coming here.Should be closed down until it can be run properly. Read more

I've been there 3 times at dinner and ordered Mac and cheese and none was available. I can understand if it was at the end of... the evening but it was 5-6 o'clock beginning of dinner. One cook has an attitude when questioned about prep work. I felt reallybad for the front help having to answer for his issue. I've been a chef for over 30yrs and find this behavior unacceptable andknow it's going to hurt your business in the long run. I would like a response to this issue to know that it will be handled.
