Order dinner for the family tonight. I ordered two super nachos one with beef and one with steak. Simple easy follow the recipe... right? I guess it was too difficult for these workers because the steak Super Nachos was missing beans. That is literally thesecond ingredient on the menu board meat, beans, cheese and then your toppings. I understand that mistakes happen but we wereliterally the only customers at the time and there was nobody even in the drive-thru. They had one job and they failed big time. Read more
Really enjoy this one they are a little slower on getting food out than the one on Judson but quality is better in my opinion,... they don't slap everything together and get it out. In saying that what i mean is everything is evenly distributed and not inbite by bite sections. Read more
Oreder2 salads one was ground beef wirh fajita steak. They charged ne over $20 for the one salad and didnt put the ground beef... on it. After calling they said that the only way they could do anythinb for me is if I camd in to their location. Very unapologetic, opps we mess up on our part so go ahead and waste you gas to come back at these prices. Terrible customer service. Read more
I work 2 full time jobs, so I have to pick up lunch most of the time. At this point, jury's taco is no longer a place I will... return to. Tonight makes the third and final time I will ever come to this place. I think everyone who works the evening shiftneeds to return back to school for a refresher course in reading. I don't understand how you can mix up chicken for beef. Atthis point I will return to speak with the manager for a full refund tomorrow morning. If pictures can be attached here theyare with receipt. Food was solid. I wouldn't say I was wowed by anything, but i sampled half the menu with my family and kids, it definitely was... kid approved. To me it was very cheese heavy, and it blended with the beef in a way that made it all one flavor. Everything wasvery mello in flavor, no big pops of flavor. So a solid 4 rating for quick, good food.
