My first time ever at Jack N The Box.The service was great. Employee, "Nash", was the sweetest and so attentive! Wait time was... a bit longer than I expected, but the amazing food and freshness of it made up for it. I tried the chicken teriyaki bowl andegg roll combo and, wow, was it delicious and fresh. Went to Jack in The box Friday cuz I hadn't been there in a while and we wanted The buttery Jack and other stuff like that! I... want to say to the whole wide world that these people especially the lady that was running the place are absolutely the nicestand most accommodating staff I have seen in a long long time! The food was excellent as always and it was served very quicklyand extremely fresh and I don't know why I don't go there more than I do! Kudos to everyone at Jack in The box cuz you guysrock! This has got to be the dirtiest Jack in the Box restaurant I have been to. Every single table in the restaurant was dirty and... the floor was extremely sticky. The soda machine area was discussing & dirty as well. The food was well it was food, a fewmishaps about the order. First of all I ordered an order of onion rings and I got a burnt brick of onions. There was nothingRings about these onions it was just one solid burnt brick of what I'm assuming used to be onion rings. I paid extra forjalapenos on my burger and never received them so you all owe me some extra money for that issue as well. I do appreciate the 50packets of taco sauce even though I asked for avocado lime sauce for my tiny tacos. And another thing how are you all going tobe out of salad? And when are y'all planning on bringing salads back to the menu? Or are they discontinued item cuz I haven'tseen them around in a while? Read more
The burgers had good flavor for a fastfood restaurant. The prices were reasonable. More training would be a plus for the... employee at the window. We asked for ketchup with our order and repeated this at the window. The girl said that she had put somein the bag. Upon inspection not one packet of ketchup was found. I again asked her for ketchup to which she insisted that shehad put some in our bag. I informed this employee that there weren't any and I repeated my request. She reluctantly handed overa fist of ketchup packets. Read more
Got to the restaurant at 930. Door was locked. Someone came to the door and said they were closed. I said it says lobby closes... at 10. He says. Ok and shuts the door?. Tried them again last night. Grease was dripping out of the tacos almost seemed likethey were fried twice. Read more
