This is the WORST Domino's in the state. They mess up my order EVERY SINGLE TIME I order from here. Last time they sent me a... pasta that was only half full, spilt all over the cardboard container. They refused to refund even just the messed up part of myorder. I tried to give them another chance, and this time I ordered, I told them I would pay cash upon delivery, and thedelivery driver couldn't make change for a 20$ and tried to short me 3$. With how much gas costs right now, along side therising prices of literally everything, 3$ is a big deal. Don't go to this location if you can avoid it. I genuinely won't begoing back to this franchise ever. And I order thousands of dollars of product from them yearly. I order pizza for every one atmy job a few times a month and that really adds up. Well after making a phone call bc we placed our order at 6:26pm and here it is 745pm and no pizza. We watched everything on the... app to track the order and delivery. They only had 2 delivery drivers and they load them up and with 5 delivery. All well andgood except we live right around the corner. So you go all the way to hwy 80 then reel rd then every other place. When I calledto ask how it all works bc really the food will not be fresh if it is 1hr in route. She said they don't send the food out cold(well I know that) but an hour I'm a heat bag. Plus she kept interrupting me when I would try to explain the concerns forfreshness like she did not care. Was happy to call the delivery driver to cancel but no other offer for customer satisfaction.Very disappointing! She stands by 2hrs and pizza is considered fresh and hot bc that is what she kept saying everytime sheinterrupted me instead of understanding the frustration. Poor customer service on many levels.
