I did a mobile order tonight for curbside. It never would let me check in that I was there so I walked in. I asked about my... order twice (to different people). They said they were working on it, even though I hadn't said "I arrived". I ordered asandwich....that's it....one sandwich. After everyone else has gotten their orders and the guy walks out with a mobile order, I asked again. Yep my order. I was at the restaurant for 21 minutes to pick up an order that was placed ahead of time. EVERYtime I go to this particular chickfila there are issues. It is the worst representation of Chickfila and i have no idea how theystay in business (other than their name carrying them). There is absolutely no "my pleasure" and the service is awful. :( Read more

I did a curbside order. Waited for 20 minutes while app says that the ?team member is on their way.? Finally got down to see... what?s going on, I asked the front counter, and pointed that the order was just sitting there. I received cold food, and somedrinks missing too. Worst location in Longview. Diet lemonade is to die for. Have to drive a long ways to reach a Chick-fil-A but when we come to town we definitely have one to... two lemonades during the day and take home the Chick-fil-A sandwiches. Read more
