First time i tried here Ordered for three pizza and received two instead ...even called for the mistake and they didn't even... sent me the other one ....paid more then 60 buck for two pizza that got the taste of a frozen pizza, last time I put order hereand I don't recommend at all Read more
Waited an hour and a half for delivery and then they didn't even bring it. They joked and played with me on the phone, totally... unapologetic. Pathetic customer service and the poutine is rubbery and it always arrives cold. Read more

As of Summer 2022, I cannot recommend their Delivery service. Take Out yes, Delivery no. Their food is a 3.5-star for me but the... customer service right now is a big fat 1-star. They currently do not have the staff to even provide a delivery service. Thisresults in them cancelling your order after 2-hours of waiting or claiming to never have received your order. Here are my 5delivery experiences with Salvatoré: #1 & #2: food arrived on time. Tasted great. #3: food arrived 1 hour late. Still tastedgreat. #4 time: food arrived 1h30 late. Still tasted great though. After 1 hour of waiting I called them, they claimed thatthey never received my order so I gave them my order number and they went "Oops we see it, uh yeah the delivery guy is on theway". Food arrived 30 mins later. #5: food was cancelled after 1h45. Had no taste at all. My friend and I ordered at 6:00 pm.At 7:40 pm we called them to ask where the food was. They told us they couldn't find our order. Then at 7:45 they called backand told us that since they didn't have enough delivery guys that night, our order had been cancelled, hence why it wasn'tshowing in their system. Why couldn't you just call me earlier and ask me to come pick it up? I'd much rather go get my foodthen have no food at all at 8 pm. So yeah, you better go pick up the food yourself or you might go hungry. Read more
