Staff was a bit rude and it happened twice. Also they need to understand english language as everyone can?t speak french. It was... hard time explaining them what I needed. Food was okay but can?t eat in such negative vibes. Read more

They seem to have a very hard time managing everything. They stumble on each other and have trouble communicating. As an... example; I just went I asked for a 7up with my food and got weird tasting, almost soapy, sparkling water. Seems like they forgotto add the syrup and/or they didn't rinse it properly after cleaning. Read more
Horrible service. The chef had made a mistake in my burger, (no bacon) so i let them know and asked if they could just add bacon... to my burger. The cashier brought it back about 1 min later and insisted that the chef said there was bacon i just could not seeit. I then kept saying no there was no bacon and we began the destruction of my burger, after all the pieces were everywhere,and i proved there was in fact NO bacon, i askdd for a new sandwich seeing as mine was all over the counter. The chef came toexplain they dont usually give new sandwiches. After much argueing they finally agreed to make a new one, altho i didnt want itanymore. When i askdd for the manager the chef said she was the manager...no name tag. Such rude service. I would never ever goback there. And would make sure my friends and family and any body else stay clear of this place specifically. Such bad workers.Not to mention ordering my food was already the hardest task with someone who does not speak english. Bare minimum if ur gonnabe so rude, at least speak the language of the clients. The veggie burger was delicious!! The cook took his time preparing it and the result was a high quality delicious burger, the... cheese and pickles and the patty itself was melting in my mouth. I wasn?t expecting much from a non vegetarian place but theveggie burger was perfect, so much better than the one at Burger King. There's too much to say. Extremely slow service while it's not even rush hour. There was me and two other clients. I waited in... line while the only cashier taking orders seemed like she was on medication and her other college was just looking at me waitingfor the cashier to do her job while she could have taken control and probably do it 3 times faster. Then I was told that the"beyond meat" was a promo and they didn't have it anymore while it was still showing on their screens and is still showing onthe web site. There's even a promotion right now for these burgers that last until december!
