I've been going to this Ziggi's coffee location for years and they've been pretty great. However, the past three months give or... take the customer service, products and wait times have are driving my business elsewhere. Customer service - I was use tostaff at Ziggi's being friendly, offering a bean with my coffee and pup cup when I had my dog with me. This is no longer thecase here. Products - the quality of drinks has diminished a significant amount. My $5+ coffee today is undrinkable as it'scompletely watered down and unmixed. I do not have time to wait another ten minutes for a new one. Wait times - I'm fine withtime to wait for coffee as most drive throughs have a line. However, I dislike the extreme wait times at this location evenwith smaller lines. It seems as though they are overwhelmed. After today's experience, it's time to give Ziggi's a break. Read more
I couldn?t bring myself to leave one star because Ziggis is my favorite coffee shop. I stop by at least twice a week. However... today I stopped at about 5:10pm. Now I know y?all close at 6 and having worked in customer service most of my career, Iunderstand the pains of having customers the last hour of a shift. If it weren?t for the three other cars in the line I wouldhave thought they were closed. I waited for fifteen minutes by the menu board and never once heard even ?hi I?ll be with youin..? after the fifteen minutes of waiting I went to the window not knowing if the sensor was broken or y?all closing a littleearly. Three people looked at my car in the window and still did not even greet me. The open sign was on. I noticed a girltaking an order on the side of the window I was at from the other line (that got there after me). I never got service and I amreally disappointed with the service this time. Read more
I just left this location. I ordered 4 drinks. There were 4 people working. The woman with dark hair and a yellow shirt was very... upset that we ordered at 5 minutes before closing. Slammed our drinks around and audibly complained loudly about us coming at"closing". So rude. The others that were working there were severely uncomfortable. Our drinks were also made incorrectly fromher. She was so incredibly rude! I felt so bad for everyone else that had to work with her. UPDATE: Customer service wasamazing and really resolved the problem. They were very fast at listening to my issue and resolving it quickly with no hassle.Keep it up guys! Read more
If you like really sweet cappuccinos that taste like something from a vending machine, prepared in an outdoor setting with flies... buzzing around where your coffee is made then this is the place for you lol. I wanted to try somewhere new because Starbucks isshady, and tries to ef up unions, but at least their lattes and cappuccinos actually taste like decent coffee that are onlysometimes too sweet. Plus I can just scan my phone and collect stars which can be used to get free stuff...I don't think Ziggi'shas that, you just pay $6 for a 16oz cup of bean water, and that's it. I gave them an extra star, because I asked for extrafoam, and they delivered, but the coffee itself was diabetes in a cup, kinda grainy, and DEFINITELY tasted like something from avending machine, or at best, a k-pod. Also, I guess extra foam doesn't mean a thick layer to them, it just means only fill the16oz cup half way with coffee, and then fill the other half with a very thin foam...I wanted a refund after tasting what I got,but I was already gone so I didn't bother, but I will not be spending my money at Ziggi's anymore. My drink was very watered down and does not taste like it has 2 red bulls in it. I was so looking forward to and afternoon... treat. Sad day. Read more
Normally a great place to drive thru for coffee but tonight our server dropped the ball, wouldn't make what we were asking (even... though someone else made the same thing two weeks ago), wouldn't scan our punch card app so we could get our punch and justwasn't friendly and definitely didn't have a can do attitude. First time in 1 and 1/2 years we had any real problem like thiswith the service. Like I said though, normally great! Read more
Quaint, friendly and quick. The drink options were great, prices were fair and the service was very quick and friendly. I... would recommend stopping by for your coffee or for their red bull infusion. Absolutely delicious! Read more
Ziggi's is my go to when I need caffeine. The baristas at the Firestone location are always friendly, expedient, and they make... great drinks! I love that I can order ahead (on the app) and pick up at the window without waiting in traffic too! Read more
