I have gotten the Spring Rolls, Cream Cheese Wontons, Pad See Ew, Drunken Noodles, Green Curry, and Red Curry. I dearly love the... wontons, and you seriously cannot go wrong with ANYTHING you choose. There is no possibility that you order something differentand it is not eatable or something tasty. I shamelessly order once a week and look forward to patronage. Read more

The set up is a bit confusing as this and Mana are the same thing. Same base sauces, all of which are vegan, and to which a wide... variety of proteins, vegan and not, can be added. Dine in is very limited (one table in, 2 out). Given that many (most?) Thaisauces use fish sauce or shrimp paste, a huge number of vegan Thai sauces aren't rounded out properly, and taste like poorapproximations of the real thing. This is very much not the case here. Ordered an initial dish to eat outside there. It was sogood that 1/3 of the way through I ordered another to take with me for my dinner. That was so good that I was planning on comingback on my through town 2 days later (Sunday). Unfortunately they are closed on Sundays, so I waited around an extra hour on Satto get 2 more to go dishes. Both of those were so delicious that I would go an hour out of my way tomorrow to get more, butunfortunately Wednesday is the other day they are closed. Super impressed. Easily the best Thai takeaway spot I've been to, anda very serious contender for best SE Asian food I've had. Read more

Easily the BEST Asian option in Longmont (and probably the whole Boulder metro area)! I'm a strict vegetarian, and it's... refreshing to be able to order anything on the menu -- most dishes also have a gluten-free option! My spouse (not vegetarian, professional cook) says it's his favorite, too. The food is always fresh, and Vegan Thai will happily accommodate a wide rangeof special requests. Everything is wonderful so we usually order way too much and enjoy the leftovers for a couple of days. Allof the salads are delicious, with the Burmese tea leaf salad as the stand out. We seriously order from here 3 to 4 times amonth, and if you're considering it, I can't recommend them highly enough! Thanks so much, Vegan Thai! We are so happy you'rehere in Longmont! Read more

Our new go to for Thai food. The flavors are phenomenal and the veggies are wonderfully cooked maintaining their crispness. We... love the pineapple fried rice with it's many ingredients. The most amazing thing is that we try something new each time and it'salways good and each dish has it's own flavor. Read more
