I was pleased. Everything was cooked to perfection. The chef truly understands what flavor profiles are and hit the mark with... every dish. The Mahi Mahi and Halibut were both cooked perfectly. The sides were all spot on. It was in my opinion worthy ofJames Beard recognition. The singular bad thing I can mention, and it wasn't even awful, was the parking. Excellent experience. We took a chance and did not make a reservation but it is suggested. Nice outdoor seating area. It's a... converted old house, very quaint and easy to miss when trying to find the first time. Shrimp seviche was excellent forappetizer and we both had the halibut which was prepared very well. Probably my favorite restaurant in Longmont. The food is fantastic if you are interested in something different and/or Cajun... flavors, the drinks are great and the service is impeccable. It?s definitely a nicer restaurant, but in an old house so it stillfeels Homie. We will definitely be back. Read more
