they were INCREDIBLY BUSY!! i mean, we waited probably 40 minutes for our food. however, there were only 2 or 3 employees... working so it?s understandable because of how busy they were. Let me say this: they did not forget anything! i don?t think i?vebeen to any fast food recently where they remembered every part of my order (sad) but our tacos were still hot when we got home,they fulfilled the whole order, and they even gave us a free taco coupon for compensation after having to wait so long. i lovefood and nice people ! Taco bell had a free taco promo, so I used the app to order it and liked 4$ in other stuff. I'm gonna start with, the app hasn't... worked for me for the last few months until just last night. And I think that's because, that way you can't redeem the rewardsif you can't use the app. So I pull up to the drive thru, some body decides to backup out of the drive thru. It was a 30 minutewait. When I got there they denied even having my order. They told me to order AND pay twice. I showed them the order and it didhave the correct address. They just didn't want to give out any legitimate free tacos. Like I'm pretty sure any otherrestaurants would just make the food and give it to you if it was some sort of computer error to make people happy. This placedoesn't do that. I was able to cancel the order, so it's not like they gave it to the wrong person by mistake. I went forbreakfast two days in a row. Same trash was sitting around the drink dispenser. They are not very thorough at cleaning. I guessthey only had the doors open because they forgot to lock them. They don't want to open the lobby. Sometimes I just want to notwaste gas in the drive thru and maybe use the bathroom. It's normal to have an open lobby. Pay people more and maybe more andbetter quality staff will want to work there. Even though they are short staffed they really do get the line moving smoothly. My only problem is a few months ago a gentleman... was trying to get food while he was on a bike and yes I know that's no allowed which is stupid but instead of them telling theman sorry we're not able to take your order since your not in a car, they just flat out ignored him until he left which broke myheart. All the man was trying to do was eat and they were completely rude. I think if your either on a bike or in a vehicle youshould be able to get food. That's just my opinion. Read more

Unfortunately this location is hardly ever open for their posted hours in the morning for breakfast. The few times I've actually... been able to get breakfast there the service and food was fine, maybe even good but it doesn't make up for all the times I'vetried to get food and they haven't been open. Need better help there I guess. Read more

What a great experience I had this morning at this Taco Bell. The person who took my order was polite and prompt and accurate,... there was an issue with the card reader and the cashier (same person that took my order) was very nice and apologetic. Hehandled the entire situation appropriately and was still NICE and POLITE, and then when I got home and opened my food,everything was made correctly and looked amazing! My food actually looked like the pictures on the menu, or even better! I had agreat experience! Highly recommend! Read more

Couldn't be any worse...waited in line for 10 minutes the line never moved. Went inside and was greeted with kiosk ordering... which is a sign that they don't have enough help so 30 minutes later I get my 2 tacos and a burrito 40 total minutes....slowfood and it was literally maybe the worst sloped together burrito I have ever had from taco bell. I have arrived shortly after the posted opening time on multiple occasions, I have been there up to 20 minutes past opening... time, they have never served me in the morning. There can be several employee vehicles in the parking lot, even employeesvisible at the drive through window, but no service, front doors still locked. Treat and pay your employees fairly if you want asuccessful business, the owner/ franchisee of this location needs to review the management of this location. Read more

IF YOU HAVE A SHORT LUNCH, DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION. By far, this is the WORST Taco Bell I go to. It's the closest one to my... house, but it literally takes 20-30 MINUTES for them to get your order to you. I can drive, order, and get home in less time bygoing to the Main Street location before I getting my order at this place. This location has been this way since day 1 of theiropening. I've come to this location too many times to count and I've never made it out of the drive thru in less than 15minutes. Today was the final nail for me. Never going back to this location. The only positive thing I can say is that they nolonger seem to have issues with keeping beef and beans in stock. Read more
