This was my favorite location but after today..hell no! First off I think it's rude to be taking an order and talking to... employees while you take an order. Then mess up the order and can't add that I ordered 2 meals at the window. Your employeedidn't even explain just stated drive around when I asked if my order had 2 meals. I speak Spanish and employee turned around tosay in Spanish that I didn't understand her. Well I would have but simply saying drive around because all yous are trying to dois get the bonus for good time in a drive thru and are to lazy to add what I ordered because that was your mistake! Went insideand already messing up again because employees are to busy gossiping. Lazy, rude and very unprofessional along with poorcustomer service for your mistake! Avoid!! LONG WAITS AND NO WAY TO EXIT DRIVE THRU ONCE YOU PULL INTO LINE! I drove up at 10:30pm thinking this would be a quick... stop and instead I waited 15 minutes behind 8 cars in a narrow lane with no exit route before the line started moving. Followedby an additional 15 minutes while the line slowly moved along. What a waste of my time. Read more
Despite having a somewhat long drive-through line, we didn't wait long at all. The burritos seemed to have a little more... filling than usual. The tacos were crunchy, not at all limp and soggy. The only issue was that they were out of both Pepsi andDiet Pepsi. I guess it's just the new norm to not be able to get one thing or another. Read more
I wish they'd cut the quesadilla like they use to. Also, the portion size has gotten smaller. At least they're still... fast! Update 9/15/22 Yo, what in the heck is up with the "new" quesadilla? The workers running this location are super friendly, hardworking, and always put in the effort to provide quality service. I... must say their value menu $2 cheesy beef burrito is absolutely worth trying out - so delicious and incredibly filling, whichmakes for a quick meal if you have a busy schedule. Plus, they actually stay open until midnight (like their hours say) asopposed to the surrounding late-night fast food joints on Main Street. Read more
Always busy because it is one of the best Taco Bell's I have visited. Friendly and fast! They also make the food how you would... want - spread throughout. I have never had that bite that is nothing but sour cream I get from other TB. Read more
This a weird Taco Bell. Sometimes they don?t take cash. Sometimes they don?t take credit. Sometimes a machine is broken to their... closed. But their fast as heck usually, as long as you don?t use the app for pickup(drive-thru is good). I respect the workershere, they real ones. And the cheap stuff here is good. Read more
