Update your hours. Not trying to show up when Google says your one of the only sandwich shops open past 9pm to find you're not.
This place is the better one in town, much cleaner and better run than the hoover subway. great work team
Worst subway ever. They took 18.$ from me last year when they were closed but they left their online ordering open. Uff today... they just ignored my order. Another 17$ gone. The employee are so stoned they can?t even function. They dropped a heating trayon the floor and put it back into use. They got the wrong bread for a customer and afyer mangling it, she put in back in theoven! And they don?t even know what an online order is. Manager should be fired.she saw they were busy and she left!! Am callingthe health department. Read more
This store is NEVER open! I don't know what the problem is, but I go across town to the one on main street.(the pace shop is... close to my home) Maybe the owner of the pace location doesn't care how much business they are loosing, I worked for Subway avery long time ago, we were always open on time, if there was any issues the owner worked!..hope you figure it out.. I?m not sure why this store?s employees are so disheveled and confused every time I stop in for a sandwich. The bread is flat... and doughy, just not baked long enough in my opinion. If I?m really hungry and need food, I will eat here but the better Subwaysare on Main Street and Hover because the manager is way more on top of things and provides a better quality sandwich. went here for lunch, the young lady working had air pods in and her phone propped up watching a video while making my... sandwiches. My boyfriend asked for a cold sandwich and she still toasted it. I asked for mayonnaise and she went to put tomatoeson my sandwich. the lack of following directions was ridiculous and i ended up paying $25 for sandwich?s that weren?t even madethe way i asked them to be made. called the manager to let her know that her employee was very unprofessional. when calling theemployee went ?i don?t know, they want to talk to a manager? with an attitude. after telling the manager that her employee actedvery unprofessional she said ?thanks? and hung up the phone. definitely wouldn?t recommend, especially seeing as we have like 3other subways in longmont. i?ll definitely start going to a different one. My sandwich was less than acceptable and when I asked for black olives the girl looked in the tub and the answer I got was,... "We're out." The vinegar and oil was poured on my bread not the top like usual so it was extremely soggy. And my biggestcomplaint was the amount of hair that was in this young lady's face literally in her face. The hat did nothing for her. Thegirls were to busy talking to an outside friend (now that so and so's the manager...) to say, "Have a good day!" Read more
Worst costumer service ever!!! Both employees were so rude & one of them was on their phone before doing my sandwiches, he was... about to get the bread when I asked him to WASH his hands!
