Customer service has really gone down hill at fast food places in general since the pandemic. The manager here stays on top of... situations that may arise. She was aware of what I was calling about and knew my name so I didn't even need need introducemyself.. I almost did a double take when she listened and responded appropriately. The health department should pay these people a visit. Some of the vegetables did not appear to be fresh, and in need of being... thrown out and replaced. When I asked if they had any that were fresh, I got the most unapologetic no I have ever heard. Likethey could care less. As a result I had to settle with a sandwich with just meat but no veggies. Also it was 80 degrees in therebecause they are too cheap to pay for air conditioning. Apparently this is what $6 at Subway gets you. Pretty lousy in myopinion. Read more
