Meh, I think that this whole chain is honestly extremely overrated and expensive. I have never seen a nasty Starbucks until this one. Skip the food, there were dead flies in the case. Flies on the counters,... buzzing around the coffee machine. In the time it took to make my drink, I counted 20 separate flies on the lights above themachines. Read more

I was very disappointed with associate Denise?s customer service when I went in earlier this morning. She appeared to be very... upset when taking our drink order, (which unfortunately was taken down and made incorrectly) she then proceeded to speak to meand my friend in a very condescending tone which resulted in her anxiety to rise.
