Once I was picking up for my sister and I grabbed the coffee with her name only to find out she didn't order it through the app... due to lack of internet. So as I went back in I explained my error to the employees and they weren't mad or rude in the leasteven though they had to remake the drinks. They are fast and kind and they are one of the better Starbucks in the area. Read more

The staff are freindy and do what they can BUT this starbucks sucks. I use the app to get my reward stars and have my card... attached and all. This store will not take payment from my card becouse its a QR code they will only use the barcode one thatrequires $25 upload incruments. When you dont have $25 to load to the app and want your coffee they have no way to scan to giveyou your rewards. They also will not let you purchuse merchandise with stars here. Waste of space in this kings soupers wherepersonally I would rather see the floral department expanded. I cant wait for the 29th when my store is open again. Read more
