Only selected 1 star because I couldn't select ZERO stars. Order was cancelled, only way I knew was by and email. I work at a... medical clinic and don't always have access to my email. A phone call would have been an easier way of contacting. Then tried toget a refund and had nothing but a round about way. Needless to say I still haven't gotten a refund. I was placed on "hold" akaplace on the counter to hear EVERYTHING in the store. Heard the "manager" and the "owner" fighting and screaming at each otherin the background swearing and calling names. No one returned to my call. Called the customer service line after being toldseveral times to get refund I have to go online. Had to leave a voicemail for customer service. This place is absolutelyridiculous and I will NEVER return. This was not the first time this happened. If your not going to do Delivery, take it off thewebsite as an option. If your not going to have it ready for pick-up at selected time, remove it from the website. Should neverget rude and disrespectful towards the customer. I've dined at Smashburger several times and now I will never dine there again. Read more
Restaurant prices, worse than fast food. Misleading bogo22 advertising, a burger with avocado that looks like someone wiped an... avocado across it like toilet paper, leaving behind just essence of avocado. These are their special smash fries... I can countthe seasoning flakes and sure can't taste it. I stopped eating here before COVID and made the mistake to try them again. Asked for none of that weird melted cheddar you insist on and got it on my burger anyway, not the first time my order was messed... up. Online ordering barely ever works and all the employees seem really stressed out, turnover seems really high too. This placeis bad vibes. Even heard a manager talking harshly to another employee. If you can't manage a healthy and efficient workplacethen just close. Read more
Had to pay $2extra for gluten bun. (Celiac) First off they made a single burger after paying for a double. The second time... around the burger was to have grilled green peppers and they were fresh. We will never eat there again. Not hardly cooked. Read more
I generally like the burgers at Smash but portions have reduced (shrinkflation) and they are having a hard time with staffing as... many other Longmont businesses are. Probably will go to Culver's next time since the service is friendlier and the restaurant iscleaner. (Multiple tables were not cleared and being greeted with an eye roll is not really welcoming) Read more
What a lovely smashburger we will be back for sure! Highly reccomend a smash fry and a black bean vegetarian burger!
I ain?t ever going back to BK. Oh My Gawd it was crispy cool lettuce. With slices of Roma tomato, crisp pickles and red Onion.... And Fries tossed in garlic Rosemary olive oil???
