We don?t frequent chain restaurants but gotta give credit where it?s due here. We had reservations at a restaurant down the... street for an entire boys basketball team and their families but when we showed up there, they said they only had 2 servers andcouldn?t take us. I made a quick phone call to see if Red Robin could see 65 people right away. After the hostess?s initialshock wore off, she said to give her 10 minutes and she?ll have it ready. Not only did they have enough room for us, but Lesleythe waitress managed to make it around the entire room and get everyone?s food out quickly with zero mistakes. Generally, the food was good. My wife and daughter's meals were as ordered and they both enjoyed them. I ordered the monster... burger, lettuce wrapped but they made it with a bun. Our server took it back and they took it off the bun and put it on acouple pieces of lettuce but everything got kind of messy as they swapped patties and condiments and it looked like a hot messwhen it came back out to me. And since they didn't make it as a lettuce wrap, it was pretty sloppy to eat. Our server wasreally good. I wish I remembered her name to call her out specifically but she was excellent throughout our meal. Restaurantcleanliness is another story. I totally understand that many American families with kids are just awful when they dine out andleave a literal wasteland of food, wrappers, etc on the floor. If it were 1 or 2 tables, no big deal, but everywhere I looked,the carpets/floors were littered with food. I was a waiter for years and we'd constantly run around with the hokie to pick upfood scraps that made their way to the floor. The place wasn't even busy so zero excuse for this. Read more

We did not consider this a place we will return to. Tables had dishes removed but no table was washed during the over an hour we... were there. We waited for a very long time for a waitress to come to our table. The only friendly wait staff was the gal fromthe kitchen who brought our food. Neither plate was as ordered but we had already been there over 45 min when food arrived. Wegot no offers of drink refills or our waitress asking if our order was ok. She finally checked when we finally got her attentionto get the check. She was not busy with customers at the time. Read more

The vibe inside the restaurant is pretty cool. Not hip cool, but cool with a lot of colors and big tv screens to watch sport... games. The impossible burger is just amazing but the fries are just ok. These fries are definitely not home made, they tastelike the okay fries you get in the frozen section of the Safeway. The service is great. Read more

Wow service! We had a great experience tonight. Treated our 16 month old granddaughter like a princess. Our waiter (I wish I... was better with names) could run a daycare he's so patient. The food was great but that's secondary to top notch service.Without a doubt we'll be back. Read more

Not too good an experience for sure.. food quality dropped.. my husband ordered Royal RR burger with egg over easy.. the egg was... still raw.. My Island Heat supposedly bone in wings came only with drummets.. what a disappointment.. the sauce omg.. is likethey opened the pineapple can took the juice out and mixed into some brown BBQ sauce with more brown sugar..Talking aboutAmerica killing us people with sugar overdose!! When we arrived we were asked what beverages we want but no ice water wasserved.. how perculiar.. you know why because our server was running around like a headless chicken while the rest stood arounddoing nothing!! He was taking orders, making beverages, serving food, clearing tables, checking on customers.. Hello..! What arethe rest doing.. 1 kid serving the whole dining room!?
