Reviews for Pinocchios Incredible Italian in Longmont, CO
Hadn't been here for several years; new owners. Used to be one of my favorite restaurants; still good as ever. Spaghetti w/... spiced sausage was delicious--best ever. Wish the bread sticks (excellent) were still free. Prices reasonable. Read more
We have come to Pinocchio's for many years and have had a consistently positive experience. I love their bread sticks while... waiting for the meal, though we don't usually have long to wait. There are other nice Italian places in town, but this is our goto. Read more
This review is based solely on the food as I did not dine in but had a friend who was kind enough to get me food to go. This is... my first time at Pinocchio's and might I say it was absolutely incredible! The pizza rolls were absolutely perfect a crispyoutside layer packed full with warm gooey cheese. I do realize it's pretty hard to mess up a pizza roll, but they really nailedit. I also like to point out that it was a very bold move to name your restaurant with "Incredible" in it, but thefollow-through to seal the deal makes this an excellent choice. And for that Pinocchio's Incredible Italian, we thank you! Read more

Loved the pictures of real photographs. Food was delicious. Bread sticks were the best I ever ate. Service was spot on!!
We moved from Colorado to Tennessee 6 years ago. We came back for a vacation and thought we would pop in to get a good Italian... meal before heading back to Tennessee. Our wait staff brought us our bread without quarter plates. Then brought our soups andsalads. We waited for quite awhile, didn't check on us at all or take away the dishes. When she finally brought us our coldfood, it was placed and she left us. I wanted another glass of wine and a soft drink for my granddaughter. She saw me wave ather but she chose to ignore me. I waved at another different person who in turn informed her that I called for her. I could seethat she was explaining something to him, and then she came over. When I asked for another glass of wine and refill for mygranddaughter she made a rather curt sound to indicate her annoyance. She made us feel like she wanted us out of there Pronto! We are tired travelers and maybe dressed casually buy we are still customers. None of us actually enjoyed our meals because ofthis horrible experience. I didn't even want to leave a tip. I usually give a 25% tip everywhere we eat at but not here. Read more
So much better than I expected! We ordered the Artichoke Dip, Fried Caprese salad, The Best of Both Worlds, Pinocchio Linguini... and were blown away with all. A hidden gem for sure! Read more
I would not call Pinocchio's "incredible. It was my first time to visit yesterday, my birthday. I was seated right away and was... approached by the wait person. She took my drink order and gave me a few minutes to look at the menu. My food arrived right awayand was excellent. (Salad). Before I finished my salad my meal arrived. I was occupied with a happy birthday phone call from afriend out of town. I ordered veal picatta, my favorite, and it was excellent. The sauce and flavor of the meal was really goodand the veal was a little less than tender but the flavor was good. No complaints at all. Their wine list has some "by theglass" great choices. Overall I was quite impressed. Strangely I was the only one in the restaurant, although it was only8PM. I'd say it would be a good place for a date or just a meal individually or with friends.
