I tried for 45 minutes to order a pizza from this web site!! It took 25 minutes to get the donate area out of the way so I could... order. Then the Create your own pizza was very difficult. First, when I called to place my order I was asked to provide credit card over phone or pay cash in person. I asked if I can pay... with my card in person, I was told "we don't normally do that, because of COVID". Wait a minute... You're telling me I can't paywith my card in person because of COVID, but you will accept cash, which harbors all kinds of germs, in person. It honestlydoesn't seem the staff know what they are supposed to do or how to do it. I wore a mask and I handled the card, not sure whatthe problem is. If you're willing to take cash and coin but not a card you never have possession of, someone needs to pull theirhead out. Read more

Call ahead it's much faster. But they have a pick up sign but they didn't help me at that sign? Dont know why it's there? So I... had to stand in line with the other 4 guest to get waited on. Seems useless if I paid over the phone I shouldn't have to standin the same line as everyone else. They need to make the order on line and pick up process better. Read more

Ok, so let me start by saying i am not a fan of Papa Murphy's. I go here for my mother-in-law. I gave it a five star rating... regarless of my opinion of the pizza because of the amazing staff. Ten minutes before close, i felt bad but i got out of worklate and, like i mentioned, my mother-in-law really lives their pizza and that's what she wanted on this particular evening. Ihad to feed a few people so my order was rather large. The two people on staff were not only helpful and understanding but wentout of their way to be enthusiastic and kind in spite of my showing up so close to closing. I wasn't the only one to come in atthis time, and they consistently we great with every single person. I will keep going here for my family just because of that.As for the pizza....it's just my own opinion that it's not great, but the food is fresh and that counts for something as well.Overall, great experience! Fresh and plenty of ingredients. Our favorite pizza place to go. Bake it fresh the only way to go. Friendly, courteous... employees. Picked up about 5 - not very busy but area where pizzas ate made was kind of a mess - only drawback. Read more

Came in tonight, $10 Tuesday, and it was busy. The WHOLE crew was great! They spoke to everyone that walked in the door. Very... friendly, helpful, professional and fast service! To be clear this review is for the manager NOT the employees, the service from the employees is stellar. The manager however... has a major issue being polite, both to customers and especially to her employees. I feel bad for the employees by saying thisbut I will NEVER EVER be a customer to this store as long as the current manager is there. She should be replaced with someonewho actually knows how to run a business without being cruel to people, not to mention badmouthing the other location in town. The company should seriously consider terminating her for a better representative, they would then get my business back forsure. Read more

The guys at Papa Murphy's on Hover are GREAT. They are very organized, they are very polite and professional, and they build... great pizzas! I have been a Papa Murphy's customer for over five years now, and their store on Hover has got to be one of thebest. They don't skimp on toppings, they are fast and efficient and even during their rush on $10 Tuesdays, they keep their cooland do a great job - consistently!
