Very dissatisfied at my last experience. This pizza is looking pathetic compared to the pizzas I have had before from here. And... the toppings, what little there was, was all in the middle. I spread it out and it looked like a lame pizza. Surely not worththe 15 bucks I spent and I will think twice about what pizza place I go to next. Mama Roni's is fresh made, they bake it foryou, and they are open later. I think I'll go there next time, I do recommend them over my last experience with this papamurphy's. I don't know if this kid made it but he was very young and sweeping right by my pizza. Not an overly friendly guy.Perhaps he is new and needs retraining on Papa Murphy's pizza making process on the line. What would rectify my review and myexperience is if I got this pizza refunded as it was not worth it at all and I only had a couple pieces when usually I'll eatalmost the whole thing for dinner a couple nights in a row. I could have asked him to fix it but I'm sure it wouldn't be muchbetter because clearly they were upset I ordered 38 minutes before close or something like that and I'm not going to deal withrisk the retaliation to my already poor pizza. I'd suggest two things - 1. make sure the pizza is ready for pick-up after the 30+ minute window 2. train employees to... automatically remake a pizza if it ever hits the floor. Customers are standing right there and can see it. The managercorrected the issue by remaking ours. Read more

This place has definitely gone downhill. Ordered a 12" build-your-own pizza and was really lacking on toppings on my regular old... pepperoni pizza. I literally got 6 pepperoni on my half, and they were thrown on there like the guy didn't care about quality orappearance. I called ahead for pickup, and even gave a couple minutes extra just to be safe. It wasn't ready when I got thereand he slapped it together very hastily while I sat and waited inside the store. Placed an order online through their website this weekend for pick up. Entire process was smooth & easy. Location was easy to... find and pick up was no issue whatsoever.
