Stopped by for a bagel around lunchtime. I asked for a Parmesan bagel with extra veggie cream cheese, and another bagel with... normal amount of cream cheese. they didn?t have the bagel which isn?t an issue. I asked for Spinach Parmesan instead which wasin stock. As the woman handed my item I asked one last time this has extra veggie right? ?Yes?- She replied and with one footout the door she had asked me if I paid, I informed Her that I did. (Right after I ordered) and she without hesitation feltcompelled to interrogate me and ask with who?! As if she didn?t believe me. (I didn?t make formal introductions with the youngman who checked me out and has since gone on break) I said the guy. (As all other employees were female) As I sat in my car andwent to eat my meal and on saw it was a tomato cheddar instead, I figured I?d eat it anyways as not to fuss but the the food Ihad been assured was correct and had extra cream cheese looked like this. I usually don?t have issues and mommy at the Boulderlocations, but this experience was pretty unpleasant. Read more
Stopped and ordered a sausage egg and cheese bagel. The menu is a little busy with a lot of options. (Guys taking orders we?re... polite and patient.)Coffee was excellent,Very good sandwich . Clean well lite with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.Definitely worth a try! I will be back. Read more
Staff is SUPER friendly and efficient. Excellent customer service. I had the Italian bagel which is an everything bagel with a... twist (oregano is added) and scallion cream cheese lightly toasted. It was delicious. If you want a flavorful bagel get thisone. Their plain bagels aren?t as flavorful. Sat outside to eat - glad they have outside seating. Overall a nice experience. Read more
Delicious and fresh bagels. I had an Italian (aka 'Everything') bagel toasted with cream cheese. It was everything I thought a... bagel should be. Nice atmosphere to enjoy it inside. Also, they have an enormous cooler with all kinds of cold beverages,literally anything you can think of. Staff is friendly and helpful. Read more
Idk what?s wrong with this location. Been in 3 times and all 3 times my order has been wrong? How hard is plain bagel, cheese,... egg and bacon. 1st time got no cheese 2nd and 3rd got no bacon.I normally only leave a positive review for restaurants but thisis crazy. $8 for a bagel sandwich with 4 ingredients get it right?and the eggs at McDonald?s taste better just saying. I got The shorty p breakfast bagel. Bacon Was crispy and ham and egg Was tasty. Jalapeno bagel Was just okay. Kinda pricey but... what isn't anymore. Staff Was friendly and Place Was clean. Read more
Came in for the first time to try them out. Ordered a poppy seed bagel toasted with cream cheese. I tried it and spit it out. It... wasn?t toasted or if it was, it was not enough to register. I brought it to the register and explained I had just spit it outand maybe they forgot to toast it? The lady explained she made it herself and it was toasted. ?What do you want me to do, remakeit?? Um, not really if you?re gonna make it the exact same. She said, ?they are so fresh, that?s just the way they come out ofthe toaster.? I threw the food away and left. I wasn?t trying to make a personal attack, just was saying that the bagel I justpurchased was not toasted or? tasting good at all. Bummer that I wasted time and money. The food was good, but they didn't seem very organized. They forgot part of each of our orders and made a mistake in how we... wanted our bagels. My husband goes to the Boulder location and has a better experience there. This was my first visit. I'lldefinitely try them again, they might have just been having an off day or maybe we went too late in the day. Read more
