It's a McDonald's, the food is always very uniform, as McDonald's was designed to be. It's been petty consistent. The staff is... very nice and they are busy enough that I know they are working hard. The playplace at this particular location is great! It'ssurprisingly large and intricate for what appears to be a fairly small building from the outside. This place doesn't make sure you get all your order and doesn't give a receipt ALWAYS have to check your order before you leave... but I sent my son and forgot to tell him to check before he leaves so he gets home with half of what he ordered which he paidfor I guess more money going to someone I have posted on social media for all to see and voice their experiences and this placeisn't going to get much business if they keep screwing people Read more

Manager was rude as hell. My wife used reward points to get 2 ice creams. It was after midnight so we made sure to ask ahead of... time if ice cream was still being served. Staff member who took our order confirmed that they were serving ice cream. When wearrived at the 2nd window the manager rudely advised us that they were not serving ice cream. I asked if we could just berefunded and he proceeded to explain that we better be happy with a single small Frappuccino because we're lucky to be gettinganything. Like if just because we were using rewards we didn't deserve to be accommodated in full. Last I checked we earnedthose rewards with previously purchased items. No matter what time it is and no matter rewards or cash we should not have beentreated like we didn't diserve his respect. Read more
Rude nasty employees that think it's acceptable to take their bad day out on you. They have the lobby door unlocked but refuse... to serve customers, had an employee offer to take our order but manager refused to let her, also the kiosks don'twork..told usto go through drive thru because we have bikes, just to get rid of us....we go through drive thru and they refuse to take ourorder. I'm disgusted, will not support this establishment. Apparently it's acceptable to treat customers like trash. If youcan't handle 24 hrs then maybe you should close your doors sooner. Read more
I am not sure what these worker are doing here. There were atleast 20 to 30 staffs. Still I has to wait more than 10 minutes to... just order food. There was only one customer before me. The staff who was taking the order was not sure what?s going on. Thenagain after the order it took atleast 15 mins to get the food. My daughter was even making fun, is this even a fast food. WorstMcD I have ever been to. 3 stars are for food and cleanliness. Read more
Usually I'm made to feel welcome at this particular location from smiling & friendly employees!!????????? I love their Sausage,... egg & cheese McMuffins that are most of the time 2 for $4. which is a nice deal. Always made fresh & hot!!?
