Interesting place. Just moved to town so I was excited to find a gluten free cafe nearby. I?ve been here 3 times now. Seems to... have the worst service I?ve ever experienced. I came once and the service was so slow but everyone seem stressed out that day soI assumed there was a drama in the back that was bleeding over to the customers. My drink was good my breakfast was great so Ijust assumed I should come back a different day. I came back again with three people ahead of me in line. I waited 15 minutesfor them to take my order. I could not figure out with three people working in the back how getting a pastry could take thatlong. My third and final visit I realized there is one person taking orders as soon as you order they disappear for theduration of the prep time. Then they serve you one item and then disappear for the remainder of the rest of their activitiesbefore returning. Sometimes they will ring you out other times they just move onto the next person. There is also anothercounter that they serve. The one woman taking orders will just wander over there every once in a while and service the othercounter. Seems cool but generally I would expect someone to look in the direction of a line and say ?we will be right with yousorry for the wait ? Nobody seems to mind but me so I think that?s kind of cute. My last visit people were actually friendly inthe back which was different than my first visit. Definitely not what I?m used to but the foods good if you?re willing to beignored for a long period of time before finally getting some attention to order. I?ll be back for the pastries. Read more
My girlfriend and I absolutely love Luna cafe! We go there multiple times a month. And every time we feel super welcomed and... everything is always delicious. I highly recommend getting brunch or breakfast there! Also we love Jimmy! Read more
Get there early. We were there after 11 and the selection was a bit low. We did find stuff we liked, however. I think all the... stuff is made right there. Gluten free options, if you need them. Comfortable outdoor seating under shade trees is available aswell. Read more
Had a coffee and breakfast burrito. The burrito was too spicy, and the potatoes were tater tots smashed up. Eggs overcooked.... Product was microwaved, not very good. Served on a paper plate Nothing special about the coffee or burrito. They still haveCOVID protections up too...good grief. No place to charge my phone. Building and grounds are poorly maintained. They had a boxof used paperbacks and wanted $3.50 a piece for them. Most places would give them away. Unlikely to go back. Read more
Extremely disappointed. Used to love coming here every morning before Covid, everyone super friendly and the coffee was... delicious! I?ve been three times the past few months and won?t be going back anytime soon. The last few times I went the owners,the only two people who work there now, were beyond rude. I understand the pressure of owning a business and having to worknearly everyday of the week but if you can?t handle having decent customer service then please hire someone who can! The manwould barely acknowledge my existence and the woman made rude sarcastic comments, I left her a tip she didn?t honestly deserveand her reply was a sarcastic ?oh gee thanks?. There are far better places to get a good cup of coffee in Longmont, if you wantdelicious food at a good price with a beyond friendly staff please go to Java Stop! Cute little coffee shop. They have plenty of seating, both inside and out. Good espresso and snacks! This would be a great place... to meet up with a friend and hang for a bit! Read more
Great coffee, muffin, GF & sandwich place. It can be busy & take a minute to get your order but it's worth the wait. GF... muffins are amazing & the scones are yummy looking too. Read more
Sadly, we will not be returning. For 20+ years, we visited regularly and cherished the homey, friendly vibe. Our recent few... visits were met with neglect and blatant unfriendliness. We hope the best for them and hope they find their friendly spiritagain. For now we will spend our money elsewhere. Read more
