Prices on drive thru have been altered. The meal ordered original was 5.95. someone had added a 1 in front but you could not... see it from your vehicle. We were charged 15.95 for a 5-piece tender combo instead of 5.95. the cashier wouldn't answer ourquestions re price difference. You can only see the manually added $10 if you walk up to the drive thru menu and look at itfrom an angle. Inflation is real, BUT damn near 200%! Last time ever at this point. Read more

They were rude when they messed up my familys order and didn't do anything about it. They ignored me at the counter like if I... was not even there. I have never had a bad experience at a restaurant or fast food place. Until I went there. It was also dirtywith bugs in the corners and around fixture example pic. Read more

My family and I waited for 40 mins for our food. Which we never got because we didn?t wanna wait for 20/30 more minutes for our... food so we just got a refund and left. They weren?t short staffed. We went outside and seen 4 people taking a smoke break. Andwe had 4 people come in after us individually and they got their food first. They never started my order. Adrian took my orderand he didn?t do nothing besides stand right in the front waiting for people to come in. He could of went to go help make ourfood but he wasn?t. Manager needs disciplinary action, other employees are great. On Wednesday 7/13/22 at I ordered a chicken sandwich from the... drive through, rounded up payment for charity and paid cash. I did not receive a receipt. Less than 10 minutes later when I amhome and take a bite out of the sandwich it is dry, hard, and clearly not cooked to order like advertised. The breading was alsomuch thinner than the ad pictures. The sandwich is inedible so I save the whole thing minus the one bite and take it back onThursday 7/14/22. The manager initially refused a refund because I did not have a receipt. She told me all employees know togive receipts, but I know it was her who completed my transaction yesterday and she did not give me a receipt, breaking thepolicy she was attempting to use against me. So I asked her to check the sales logs and video footage to which she retorted ina raised voice: "I don't want to deal with you." I told her that is a rude thing to say to a customer and she said "I don'tcare." She then proceeded to give me change but would not accept my 13 cents to round up, which I brought knowing I did not want87 cents in my pocket. Rude to the point of spite. My family will no longer be patrons of KFC or any Yum! brands. Sorry for nottaking a pic of the nasty sandwich, I had no intention of leaving a review. Read more

Tuesday special is leg and thigh for $1.99. Friendly staff and hot Chicken. I recommend it. Can't beat the price 2 bucks and all... the honey an hot sauce you can eat. Plus free water. I'll be back again next Tuesday. Read more
